I've only used my grill maybe a dozen times and now the burner won't light all the way.

Weber always makes a high quality product. This Q2000 is no exception! temp is very easy to regulate, grills perfect and is easy to clean. I havean older Q2000and the only issue I had was using an external tank. will not provide enough heat output.

I want to say it's wonderful but we went to use it and the regulator in not functioning right. The burner only lights one half of the grill.

I have been buying Weber gas grills since I can remember. I keep going back for another and keep having the same problem. My heating element always ends up lighting up partially. So over the years I have become diligent with cleaning my grill and the gas element. In the past (1985) I wrote to them with the same problem and they replaced the heating element .Now, the years have passed and I'm on my fourth Weber and still have a have the same problem, It's worse during the rainy season. Bought this last one 10 months ago and have kept it covered and clean and only get partial flame and sometimes none. Very disappointed.

Never had a grill before ( lived in an apt. 45 yrs) my friends in Canada have this grill,they love it...I like mine, easy to clean and efficient

I purchased this for my boat last summer. It is quite a bit bigger than I wanted, but the price was right and it's a Weber. I'm glad I ended up with the extra real estate, as the smaller version would not handle feeding 8 people at once. My only negative comment is it is a bit on the heavy side for a small grill...do yourself a favor and purchase the folding/rolling stand.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
