I bought the grill and for a time it works fine, then the gas did not work out well, I changed the regulator, it continued to malfunction. then change the hose, it continued to malfunction. Just turn on half the bbq. I called to ask for support, they promise me to returned the call but they never did it. I am very sorry to have bought the product. I pay much for a "good product but I received a bad quality

I used this for the first time this weekend. Although it worked fine my old one had duel burners and I miss that. Also it seems that the high setting is not very high. No way to adjust the burner intensity. I like the removable drain pan.

Bought this to be used as as patio grill for my deck. Perfect as its only my wife & me at home. Very surprised the first time we used it as it heated up very quickly. Very efficient. Cooks quickly and evenly. Just purchased the griddle online.

I received grille for a gift. I've owned Weber gas and charcoal grille products gas grills my entire life. Never have I had this much problem with burner only lighting partially. All other gas grills I never experienced this issue. It's been less than 4 Year's since I got Grill. This product I would not recommend.

We love our Weber Q so much that we have 2, a gas and electric. We use them for tailgating which we do often. I would like to know dimensions with the tables in since you no longer sell the wheeled carry bag. We also have a stand for each which is great and adapts to every situation we run into.

I bought my Q Series grill over a year ago initially for tailgating purposes and quickly realized I can pack this thing up for pretty much any outdoor event I go to. This is an excellent grill, easy to put together, cleaning is always a challenge like any other grill but well worth the money. I highly recommend.

My grill is about 3 years old and has worked really well. My grate is not so good, it is rusting and chunks of the finish are coming off. I would like to buy a new grate but am unable to find one. Can you help me with that?

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
