I bought my Q2000 gas grill about a month ago, took it TWO times already to Laughlin Nevada, Mojave lake. People close to where I was got excited to see me barbecue with my new Toy.....I love it....so easy to carry around...

I had my 1st Weber grill in 2002 used it for 11 years before I finally had to retire it. The next grill I bought was not a weber but after using it for about A month I threw it away and went out and bought another Weber I still have it today

Its a great grill. Only one problem its not hot enough to chard the fat of a steak but if I leave it long enough its over done . Other than that its great.

After being a life long Weber advocate, the Q2200 and matching griddle are complete garbage! Barely gets hot enough to cook hotdogs and the custom fit griddle sticks like glue even when using oils.

The quality of construction is second to none. The cast shell of this grill will last for centuries. Add to that, stainless steel burners and high-quality plastic parts, and you'll have a grill that will last a very very very long time.

its not my first webber, but this small one is hard to clean. i already replaced the cover 2 years ago, and still the enamel is burning off. the inside of the grill is hard to clean, also the grates. the space between is very thin.

Take note that the Q2000 does not have a Thermometer. While I should have noticed this in the picture, I have never purchased a grill that did not have one. Contacted customer service and they explained that the one I purchased was cheaper and did not have one. Bigger problem is that one cannot be installed since there is no bracket or hole to install one on the grill cover. I have purchased 4 Weber grills in the past with two currently still be used. Not at all satisfied with the Q2000.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
