purchased a few months ago and used once...considering the unit only has one burner I had to get used to slower cooking at lower temps which took longer than expected and I cook beef Medium Rare.

Got it for camping. Worked great for the for the first few time. Last time I used it, the flame does not turn up. May be the regulator. Not sure what to do now.

bought a couple of years ago at camping world. to long to return. its the new model, stays in the camper. have tried to use a few times wont lite and if it does only a small corner flame. going to the dump recycle. my uncle has the older Q 100 same problem, going back to the cheep model

Had a Q100 for 11+ years. Wanted something bigger. Bought a Spirit 210. Its pretty good but I like the Q better. I bought a Q 2000 for AZ. Love it. Bought another for MN.

Great grill just wish they all had a thermometer attached decent size and price have used Weber products over 10 years. Quality is good.

Okay I brought this a few weeks ago and it is not the first Weber grill I have brought and I love love love this grill! It was easy to put together and I love the updated grillls. Making them split is so much easier to use.

Got the Q2000 over a month ago, have used 3-4 times a week since. There is a learning curve, If I turn on the gas properly (slowly with the big bottle) and allow the cast iron grates to heat up for 10 min or so it's the best grill i've ever had. Perfect size for my small family (2-4 person meal) ;

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
