I bought my grill a couple of years ago and I loved it, however I am disappointed with the rust on the grill grates. Sometimes the ignitor switch works, sometimes it doesn't.

I bought my Q2000 4 years ago and randomly in the evening after using my Q, i could hear a gas noise when i approached the gas was coming by this pin hole from the regulator,what to do? Very disappointed and expensive products

Just bought our second Weber Q grill. First one in the RV for many years and still going strong. This one is replacing our patio grill with the - you guessed it, burned out burner - a common problem for most grills with that sort of burner. These are great grills! The weak point as I can see, is the igniter but this is not the fault of the grill but just the nature of igniters, they all quit sooner or later. My only request would be that the lid would be a little lower profile so it would fit under the RV without removing the lid every time. Not a complaint, just a wish. I expect this to be the last grill we will have to buy for the house as even the one we had lasted a long time as we keep it in the porch and it was aluminum also - the only way to go. I like the double grate idea as if it should get broken only one has to be replaced and it also gives the option of the optional griddle if preferred. Like the stainless burner and with proper care, expect it to not fail. (Very easy to replace if that should ever happen IF it is still available at that time in the future.) Very nice grill!

Purchased for Christmas. Added the cart, light and the griddle and love the ability to cook meat on one side and veggies on the other. Small and portable. Can't wait to take camping. Steaks cooked well. Not too hot, when you wanted it, but hot enough to cook properly. Highly recommend this product.

Best portable grill ever, I use at at the Jets tailgates , feed about 5-10 peeps and works greta everytime. Cold heat wind doesnt matter this grill rocks . I also have the weber genisis about 15 yrs old . I will have this grill forever all I have to do is change the internal parts once in a while. Weber is the only grill I will buy

Used it to cook for a hunting group of 4. The only thing I would have added to this grill would be a temp gauge like some of the other grills you have.

I bought the Q2000 along with the cart I have always been a Weber guy gas or charcoal I have both One suggestion for the Q2000 would to be include a thermometer I had to drill a hole in the lid and purchase a universal one I cook with gas based on time and temperature so hopefully my new thermometer will provide exact results

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
