I have had this Weber Q grill for Over 15 years. It has been out year round in the harsh Wisconsin elements. Lights every time. It is very well seasoned and cooks food evenly. I love this little grill can't recommend it highly enough.

This is a fantastic grill! Love the compact size with the large cooking surface. Perfect for a household of 1-2 but big enough to cook for the kids when they come home to visit. From lighting to cleaning it exceeds my expectations!

Love Weber they just keep on going bought 2 tailgaters and 2 big ones over 30 years 3 still kicking heat control is very important i been know to use 6 tanks of propane in a year so graduated to 40 lb rs always get 3 burner grill hint so u can indirect cook and go to the next level i should work for Weber im that good u learn u improve ect ect

We used the Q1000 for 7 years and decided to upgrade to the Q2000 after experiencing such a great lifespan with the smaller one, which still works like a champ. It's not rusted. The gas line is still intact. We just wanted a bigger cooking surface. The flip outs are nice and gives us a place to set our food when putting on and taking off the grill. Love this beastly little grill.

I've had my Weber grill for several months and have used it a ton. I love the size because it is so easy to move from place to place. The electronic igniter is also a plus. The Weber is easy to clean and maintain. It also cooks evenly and you can choose how fast or slow it cooks.

I have had this grill a little over a year and it is my second one with same problem only used 10 times and have had alot of problems with it this spring if it lights it only lights half the burner does not get hot at all. Going to switch to another brand if I can't figure it out

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
