In the salt air of East coast of Florida

I cook on my Q1000 on average 3 days a week. The only issue I have is with the burner. Many of the holes will not light up so it doesn't produce heat in the back. All in all, it is one great grill.

I love Weber products but unfortunately I dont feel that this grill performs as well as the last one I bought. Heat doesn't seem to distribute evenly and therefore doesn't cook evenly throughout.

I bought this grill 2 1/2 weeks ago to use at the beach and while tailgating. I was the king of the beach the first time that I used this grilled. It performed flawlessly. The second time, not all of the the burner would light. Each of the next two times that I used this, less and less of the burner tube lit. I'm home now, and I am going to give it a cleaning. If i can't get it to work, it's going back.

We discarded a 15 year old grill for the Weber ... very happy. It's smaller and we can take it somewhere without the stand i.e. it's portable (and reliable)

I like the size and performance of this grill . It lays down beautiful grill marks and the cooking surface roasts meats and vegetables fairly evenly. I take it camping too because it isn't hard to transport . Of the grills I've owned ,I like this one best. It's easy to clean . Also I had a problem initially and the techs at Weber helped me fix it. I i didn't have to wait a lengthy time for someone to talk to.

We love this grill. I have one at my home and one at camp. I call my grill at home the chicken grill . It is the only grill that allows me to cook chicken with out it sticking. For the size it's terrific.

Love it. Fits me well. Right size for what my wife and I do and is easy to keep clean. The absence of briquettes and convenience of the replaceable grease trap is wonderful. I find myself eager to use it and keep it clean. Definitely a change from previous grill .

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
