I have always been a loyal Weber customer, but the Weber Q is by far favorite tool for camping. I bought it about 10 years ago and I've never had any issue with it. I've had to replace the batteries for the igniter a few times, but that is all. Ignore any reviews from people who keep on buying and complain about what they bought. If they were unhappy, they would not have thought three more. You never have to deal with any rust at all. The burner element is still working after a decade of above-average use (30-50 camping days a year). Still not a spot of rust on the cooking grates. If you keep this grill clean and dry, you'll never buy another brand.

I have had my Q2000 for about a month and use it almost everyday. I bought the stand for it and it rolls in and out of the garage very nicely. I have grilled steak, chicken, shrimp, burgers, sausage and hotdogs-EVERYTHING has turned out delicious!! The grill is simply to use and cook area is just like a full size grill. Clean up is a breeze.

We purchased the little Q to have a Weber grill when we go camping. We have owned a Weber grill at our home for several years so figured the Q would work for our fifth wheel camper. It is perfect! We also purchased the stand so it is easy to use and the stand folds up for compact convenience also. The best of both worlds!

I have a friend with the same grill and she's had hers for 20 years so I figured this was well worth the investment and I have not been disappointed! It's easy to use and I have been grilling everything from veggie burgers to cauliflower steak to garlic bread. As a vegetarian, I've really missed the idea of a summer cookout, and after some less-than-stellar experiences with other gas grills, I'm thrilled that I decided on the Weber Q2000! The grates are close enough together to not lose asparagus and onions through the slots, and the heat cooks so evenly that I don't have to worry about burning the edges of my veggies!

I can't remember how long ago I bought my "Q," but I'll guess it's been 15 years and be ready to admit that it's been longer than that. The Q was my first gas grill. Before then (for 20 years) it had always been charcoal. It turns out that this little grill is perfect for everyday grilling. I'm using the same grill today. I only needed to replace the grill, and that I just did this year I can recommend this grill to anyone looking for a simple but effective grill for two.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
