So easy to open up and use but also small enough to not take up any room on small balcony. Use it way more than any other barbeque I have had. Love it.

I'm having issues off and on with getting the grill to light. Something seems off with the regulator.

I bought my Weber Q grill sometime around 2004. It has traveled with me camping in my travel trailer for many years, spent many years as my primary outside grill at home, & now travels with me in my RV. It has NEVER let me down & even still ignites with the button. This is one incredible grill! I hope when it finally dies it can be replaced with another Weber Q.

This is a mighty little grill that does a nice job, but the folding plastic trays that hide under the cover when not in use are an accident waiting to happen. Not the best design

This is my second QSeries. I liked my first one better. The ignition switch was nicer and I really liked having a thermostat on the outside. I truly didn't get it when I purchased my second one how much I liked those features. I think they should be on every QSeries grill.

I bought the Q200 (old version of Q2000) 10 years ago while i was traveling for work (construction). used on site to cook meals for me and workers.I have been using it for the past 6 years at kids sporting events and beach to feed the family and friends. still works and looks great to this day. At the present time I'm looking to fab a stand to attach it to my boat to be able to use it on the lake, I'm sure it will not let me down there either.

I love my Weber Q2000 gas grill. The only issue was a flaw in the lid. I was a little disappointed when trying to contact Weber's customer service as there was no response from my online inquiry and I could not get any answer from my phone calls. Finally after not giving up and waiting on hold for an hour and a half someone picked up the line and took care of the issue. Hopefully my replacement lid will arrive in a timely manner. Other than the customer service issue, I love Weber grills. They are the best!!

Ordered online and paid extra for two day shipping. The website told me it would be delivered June 5. It's now june 6 and it hasn't even shipped, and no one from weber is able to respond. They blame it on covid. Poor excuse for poor service. I've called their 24/7 service number only to get a recording that says leave your name and number and we'll call you back. Well I've done that 3 times already and guess what, no call back. FAIL

Great grill had a Weber 1000 for many years and that worked great this Weber 2000 is even better and bigger with an accessary grill is a great grill great for grilling burgers and such.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
