Lynx Sedona grill built into an outdoor kitchen cabinet, with a modern abstract sculpture near by

The Espinosa family loves to gather family and friends together, regardless of the occasion. Adding an outdoor kitchen to enhance family gatherings was the main goal as they built their Outdoor Oasis.

The Espinosa family splits their time between Mexico and the Lone Star State, however, regardless of where they are Mr. Espinosa finds time for his passion-grilling. Large family gatherings at their home are weekly occurrences for the Espinosas. In order to accommodate everyone they created an oversized outside space.

Construction for the project lasted 8 weeks. The island was constructed of reinforced concrete, and the bar consisted of a monolithic tile. Mr. Espinosa wanted a modern look for the space, so he purchased the 36" Lynx Sedona Gas Grill The grill's contemporary design was the perfect accent for the counter's sleek design.

Mr. Espinosa added a large SunBrite TV, so he could always have the big game on while he was grilling. The wall above the cabinet was painted with bright orange, which provides a fun and eye-catching visual accent, and the shelves on either side of the TV are perfect for displaying pieces of art to complete the design. Bar stools and patio sets completed the look, and gives the outdoor kitchen functionality and comfort. Adding an outdoor kitchen was a dream come true for the Espinosa family. Enhancing their outdoor space allowed them to combine their longtime passion of grilling with spending time with family and friends.
