Warranty
Napoleon offers a fifteen (15) Year Limited Warranty. The aluminum castings, stainless steel base, stainless steel lid, porcelain enamel lid, and stainless steel cooking grids are warranted for fifteen (15) years. The stainless steel tube burners are warranted for ten (10) years, plus half off up to fifteen (15) years after date of purchase. The stainless steel sear plates, porcelain-enameled cast iron cooking grids, and ceramic infrared burners (excluding screen) are warranted for five (5) years, plus half off up to fifteen (15) years after date of purchase. All other parts are warranted for two (2) years.

Heats up fast, cools off fast. Doesn't retain heat as I'd like and fussy about keeping a consisitent low-moderate temperature. I use a few times/week. Hard to get parts.

Gas line melted and caused a large fire that scorched the front of the grill. Grill was sent without a metal flex connector, which was unnoticed by the license plumber who installed it because the instructions were extremely unclear. Without that part the rubber hose was exposed to heat and melted. After this all happened and the part was identified, Napoleon still remained indignant that it was my fault even though I was sent an incomplete grill.

My LEX485RSIBNSS-A is a Costco model and differs from all "485" models pictures it only has 3 tube burners plus the rear Infrared burner and the right side Infrared burner

This grill is all it's billed up to be. High quality and the infrared burners are nice! We will definitely buy another Napoleon when it's time to purchase a new grill

I've bought this grill and I was very impressed by all the features. The temperature rises very quickly and the stainless grates cook the food perfectly.

20 years ago I ate my first steak at Morton's. It was fabulous. I asked the chef the secret. His reply was "We sear it." I had to remember that until 2014 when I purchased my Napoleon. Now, I BBQ steaks equal to Morton's. I also rotisserie lamb, duck, and turkey. This grill is so great I no longer feel the need to eat out

I have used this for over a month. I currently own a Webber and have had several. They are good grills and have served me well. This Napoleon is outstanding. I wasn't planning on a new grill but my 35 year old Webber gas need several new parts. I saw this grill at our local hardware and compared to the new Webbers. This one came home with me. I also have the rotisserie and rotisserie basket, both very useful products.

Thes eperate burner for rotiserre made the whole purchase. It cooks wonderfully and accurate.

Hi Almor, the infrared burners can produce higher heat and allow you to incorporate different cooking styles. The rear infrared burner can be used for roasting, while the infrared side burner is ideal for searing.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
