The stainless steel body and the burners are warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship when subjected to normal domestic use and service for the life of the original purchaser. The following oven parts are warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship, when subjected to normal domestic use and service, for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase; manifolds, gas valves and refractory dome and base. All other oven components are warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship, when subjected to normal domestic use and service, for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. For a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, Lynx will replace or repair parts found to be defective at no cost to the original purchaser. This includes the cost of shipping replacement parts and, where necessary, service labor at prevailing local rates by a Lynx authorized service person.

Lynx Professional 30" Countertop Pizza Oven, Model-LPZA-NG

The pizza oven arrived on time and it looks great. The temperature gauge in the top of the oven was crooked. I called Lynx Customer Service and they instructed me to grab the temperature gauge bezel ring and twist it until the gauge looks straight. That corrected the problem. I haven't installed or used the pizza oven in my outdoor kitchen yet, so I can't comment on how the pizza oven works. I will provide further comments once I use the pizza oven.

Professional Looking but came with multiple flaws

Professional looking and heats great (when it works). With the great reviews, I thought the 16 week wait for delivery would be worth it. When my contractor finally received the pizza oven, I saw it uncrated and placed on my new outdoor kitchen countertop. There were no signs of any damage in shipping. The drawer was smooth opening but stuck half way when trying to close. The glides were very flimsy, allowing the drawer to move side to side. Both knobs were sticking but did allow ignition. 3 weeks after contacting Lynz customer service, their local service contractor tightened a few screws on the glides and adjusted the knobs. Now that I have used the oven for less than 2 months, the left ignitor will not stay lit and the right side of the oven will light but goes out occasionally after 5-10 minutes.

Complete lemon - stay away

Product has not worked since we received it (electronic ignition doesn't work, burners shut off intermittently) and so have not been able to enjoy it. Few service providers will take on or know how to fix it -- had a service company look at it but problems have only gotten worse. Now Lynx cannot even find someone to service the unit. Stay away.

Just made our first pizza. It was great but we could only get the heat to 575 degrees. Any suggestions?

When will my item arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight.
