We have had them out to service our pizza oven as it hasn't worked right since install. Turns out a "known issue" is that the entire side will flame out. They've tried to bastardize it back together with multiple parts. Still doesn't work right. The warranty company (middlebury) is awful. They don't respond or it takes 3 weeks to get a response if you don't continuously call/email. After 8 service appointments (and it's been installed for 14 months and used about 6 times because it constantly flames out and is a danger from the relighting process). It should have been replaced months ago and they keep fighting trying to replace it. Don't waste your time or money with this. It was verified as being installed correctly. Just every part on it doesn't work. There is a "known kit" to replace the entire inside. However the kit is out of stock and they don't know when it will be back in stock. Trying to get anyone knowledgeable to fix this has been a challenge. One of the tech guys even said "I don't eat pizza. Why would I know how this works?" Call me crazy for thinking the technician would know about the technical aspects of doing his job.

Overpriced trash. I have been in Appliance repair now for over 5-years. We see these ovens ALL THE TIME. Just like the other "1-Stars" indicated. The most common issue with these units is the burner not staying lit. Then the power transformer goes out. Anyone reading this would be better off with a Weber or regular charcoal grill!

My unit worked pretty well for about a year. Then, the burner on the right side started going out by itself during cooking. The decorative lights went dark. After a couple of service visits we replaced all the needed electrical plugs and wiring but still no decorative lights and nobody seems to have any answers to get them to function again. Very frustrating. I have a love/hate relationship with this unit. For the price...it should work well regularly.

LOVE this pizza oven! We have had it in 3 of our homes in the past 8 years.....We just move to a new house and have been waiting for the new one! It's amazing that it can heat up in less than 2 hours rather than waiting 6 hours for a wood oven to heat up and all the smoke! We have been waitng for the new one for 3 months........I am tired of our friends asking when its coming so they can come back over for our weekly Pizza Night! I have baked in it as well. A great addition to every outdoor kitchen.

The Lynx pizza oven is great—when it works. Ours has been down for maintenance issues more than it has worked. Our left burner lights, but won't stay lit no matter how long we hold in the knob. Now we're on our 4th service call in less than a year and a half. The first 3 we're covered under warranty. Now Lynx says it's out of warranty and is no longer covered—even though 2 calls in the first year were for the same issue. For one of the most expensive pizza ovens on the market, that's unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Same as others with burners that will not stay lit. Servicer came out and found a thermocouple installed cross-threaded and stripped from the factory. They could not get it to operated and had to order additional parts. We have been waiting for over 2 months for parts and still no ETA. Also, the front panel metal is starting to rust and I thought this was all 304 stainless steel when purchased. Not very happy right now!

We have had our Napoli since 2019 and purchased it from The BBQ Guys. This by far is the best gas pizza oven on the market. It is superior in design, and has never failed us. We make pizza every Saturday night in our oven and often have friends over for pizza. They always remark that it the best pizza they have ever tasted. This oven is easy to use, easy to clean and beautiful to look at.

Waited one year for this oven due to Covid. Finally received it and in the four months we have had it we haven't been able to use it without the left burner constantly going out. The dealer keeps sending out a repairman who has been unable to resolve the problem. This seems to be a common issue with this particular appliance,and I'm not sure it can be fixed. Trying to get the manufacturer to replace the unit but not sure I even want to try another one. Way too much money to spend for something that never works. My advice look elsewhere for an outdoor pizza oven.

Professional looking and heats great (when it works). With the great reviews, I thought the 16 week wait for delivery would be worth it. When my contractor finally received the pizza oven, I saw it uncrated and placed on my new outdoor kitchen countertop. There were no signs of any damage in shipping. The drawer was smooth opening but stuck half way when trying to close. The glides were very flimsy, allowing the drawer to move side to side. Both knobs were sticking but did allow ignition. 3 weeks after contacting Lynz customer service, their local service contractor tightened a few screws on the glides and adjusted the knobs. Now that I have used the oven for less than 2 months, the left ignitor will not stay lit and the right side of the oven will light but goes out occasionally after 5-10 minutes.

Product has not worked since we received it (electronic ignition doesn't work, burners shut off intermittently) and so have not been able to enjoy it. Few service providers will take on or know how to fix it -- had a service company look at it but problems have only gotten worse. Now Lynx cannot even find someone to service the unit. Stay away.

As for the temperature, if the gauge is set to 'High,' the oven is expected to reach between 700 to 800 degrees. When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
