Ive been cooking on weber grills since the 80s,the new kettle grill doesn't cook like the older ones,the grate is thinner,and the structure is thinner metal ,so it doesn't retain heat like the older ones,so it is not a original kettle grill.False advertising,

I've owned a number of Weber products over the years ranging from the Smokey Joe to the Genesis models, and this most recent purchase is every bit as good as I expected: solidly built and a great performer. I had a few assembly glitches along the way, but Weber's Product Support Associates helped me through them and I'm thoroughly enjoying my new grill.

The handel is in an awkward position not easy to hang when you remove the cover. I have complained with no response.

Great charcoal grill. Well made. You can also purchase great accessories too. Grill does a great job of all your grilling needs. Easy to clean and maintain as well.

I've had Weber Kettles before and they work great for grilling. My only concern with my latest purchase is that the hook under the lid for hanging the lid on the side of the grill is a bit small. It is harder to engage with the edge of the grill than I remember from my older grills. I almost dropped the lid on the concrete patio once when the small hook failed to reach the grill. I'd like to see the hook at least 1/2 inch longer.

This is a good grill as the shape makes for even cooking and temperatures for both direct and indirect cooking. It is very simple to use and sturdy enough to last for years. It does have replacement parts which I have also purchased to keep the cooking going.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
