Couldn't get hot enough to cook ribeyes fast enough, not able to raise charcoal or lower grate to make heat closer to steaks for fast hot cooking! Not sure what to do with this grill, I wish I had my money back!

I bought it as a backup. This is my # 5 I have two 26 1 master chef 22 and 1 premium original kettle and now this one. Besides that they are great grills the customer service is 5 plus stars too.

Had a bit of a setback when I assembled the grill and found the lid with the riveted on top vent was not fully flush with the grill lid. I contacted customer support and they sent me a new vent with a bolt to replace the factory rivet, but the new vent didn't fit much better. I had to modify the new vent by slowly making it cup like a upside down bowl then it finally fit snug all the way around the lid. poor quality I say for someone that's been building these since 1940 or something like that. Crazy I say. but after I fixed that issue it's been a great grill that I primarily use to rotisserie Meats.

I've been using this style of grill all my whole life. My dad is on his second one and I inherited the first. I thought i was going to finally retire that old one when I bought this new grill. However, now I sometimes use them both when I have a lot of family to cook for. There isn't a lot to them. They work well and last. You may have to change the grate every free years and the one touch damper will eventually corrode after about

Have lusted for a Weber Grill for years. Since receiving delivery a couple of weeks ago, the weather here has been strong daily thunderstorms so I haven't been able to use it yet.

Webber gives me remarkable control over the cooking-by-fire process. I love that, at the end of cooking, I can simply close the top and bottom vents, and the fire goes OUT.

The grill is overall a great grill for the price, one of the classic grills to purchase. the materials are high quality and it is light enough to carry when needed. The reason I give it 4 starts is due to the clips holding the pan up being a slight hassle to manipulate and the grill cover could benefit from a second velcro anchoring strap, as I already had the wind undress the grill once and the rain filled it with water.

Classic grill I remember my dad using when I was a kid. Well designed and sturdy yet simple and easy to set up and use. Great overall grill for cooking and smoking.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
