It's very well built and easy to assemble. It is and seems smaller than the original 23" it is replacing.

Overall good grill. Can see great longevity with proper care. Cooks well, easy to adjust heating source. Learning curve required on where to place coals for desired cooking. Used the instructions with mixed results. Hopefully will get better with time. This grill is a keeper!

It's a Weber. That's all you need to know. My 3rd one. I've done everything from brisket to pizza on these babies. Great grill. Never let's me down.

Before this grill, I'd only ever used propane grills. My wife was raised in a house with charcoal grills, and I did enjoy the food her father made (also on an older Weber Kettle). Since my propane grill needed burners and grates, my wife and daughters gave me this Weber Kettle as a Father's Day gift. I absolutely love it. I don't even miss the propane.

Two obvious issues: Most obvious appears when even a light wind blows ashes out of the ash catcher dish! The solution was to purchase and install a large capacity ash catcher # 65143. Another minor irritation was having to wear a glove to adjust the hot lid damper. Only solution was to purchase a # 63070 damper kit and remove the nylon handle, then install it on the original damper. Handle alone did not appear to be available for purchase, but it should be factory installed on the damper during assembly...Hot damper is a very obvious safety matter. After adding these two features to the grill I am very pleased with it.

Weber's name and well-made products is widely known. But, unlike other manufacturers - who were once known as only selling premium, well-made products but have not maintained that level of quality in the face of higher cost of living these days - Weber does indeed continue to maintain their self-imposed high level of well-made products using durable materials, BRAVO, Weber!!

Have used a weber kettle my whole life for grilling. My Dad used one so I continue the tradition. This is my first 22" - used 18" for 30+ years. Only 2 of us in the house so not sure the 22" was necessary but will be good when guests or family join us. Is a little different cooking on the larger kettle but I am figuring it out. Would not use any other type of grill!

As always it is a solid unit that cooks very well. Wouldnt hesitate on spending the money, dont buy a cheap kncokoff.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
