Representative was unhelpful to replace a non functioning thermostat on a new grill. He said this was not his dept since it was a new. Grill bought from weber…and someone would contact me from weber… still waiting for call

Excellent replacement for my 30 year old Weber Silver! This one burns much hotter with its different burner style, and enjoy the flexibility to use griddle and pizza stone as well. The wifi connection to app on phone is added bonus.

This grill has a very nice look and solid feel to it, and it obviously does its job grilling food. It came with the hose and quick connector to hook it up, which was nice to see. There were a few things that did contribute to me only giving it 3 stars. One, it is very hard to tell if any of the burners have been lit, the burner covers/shields cover the burners entirely, so there's no easy visual way to see the flame. Then there is the right-hand side shelf, the center is removable for what appears to be for models with a side burner, which I didn't want and this one doesn't have. Yet I have to deal with making sure the drop-in panel is in place or risk dropping a plate through the opening. Lastly, the thermometer, this was a big selling point for me because it allowed me to monitor cooking progress without having to stay with the grill. However, when near the grill, the display is very hard to read in the daylight, plus you have to bend down to read it. Then there's the battery issue, why not make it removable and USB rechargeable instead of having to replace the batteries every couple of weeks, or perhaps even supply a solar panel charger with it.

I absolutely LOVE this grill! Overall, it was easy to assemble, light weight, but sturdy. It easily connects to the Weber Connect app where you can control the temperature as well as find a wide variety of recipes. The grill is very spacious allowing you to grill multiple things at a time. I really like that the grate bars are thick and flat. Our food had great grill marks as well! Having a tray on each side is super helpful for holding food or supplies. There are also several accessories you can buy to add on to the grill! It heated up super quick and maintained the temperature well even when lid was open.

Ive been really impressed with the Weber ex-425c smart grill so far. It heats up fast, cold evenly, and the smart temperature features makes grilling super easy. I l love that it has a bottom storage and the removable prep area that's perfect for seasoning and marinating meats before throwing them on the grill.

This 4 burner grill allows even and quick flame control. Temperature gauge gives reliable readings with sensor location at the grate level and is not influenced by opening the grill hood. Temp probe allows attachment to the temperature gauge for accurate measurements which links to an easy to use app. The sear feature on two of the burners gives that professional result. All in all don't settle for 3 burners 4 is far superior! I would absolutely recommend this grill!

The Weber Spirit EX-425C shines as a show-stopper for a grill. It's built and performs as you would expect from Weber's long-standing craftsmanship. All parts were well packaged and protected properly so there was no damage during shipping. To unpack and assemble will take a single person anywhere from 1.5 to 2 hours. As for build difficulty, I would call this an intermediate. The instructions were easy to follow, but having 2 people build this would make some of the larger and heavier parts easier to install, doing it alone can be tricky but it is possible. There is a small wrench provided to assist with assembly but you will need your own Philips head screwdriver to fully assemble. Preparing the grill for a cookout was an effortless experience. The Snap-Jet Ignition burners make it simple to light and adjust the temperature all with one turn of the knob, with no external flame required. One of my favorite features is that I can set the desired temperature I want on the Weber Connect app and get an alert once the grill has reached that temp. The Cast Iron cooking grates help distribute and cook all food equally and clean easy once food is removed as well. An added feature of this grill is the "Sear Zone" which boost the heat in that desired zone (indicated by the red knobs) to create flavorful sears. The grill also comes with tool hooks on the side of the right tray table, warming rack, and a place to securely store your propane tank inside the cabin storage. It also lock in place so that it does not move around when maneuvering the grill. The drip tray has a secure place under the burners, inside of the cabin storage and is easily accessible when needing to be changed out. One of the most notable features of this grill is the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth digital thermometer. This is what connects to your phone and allows you to monitor the internal temperature of the grill as well as the temperature of the cooking probe that Is provided. You will be required to update the digital thermometer once you connect to it with the app, but I had no issues using my Samsung S23 Ultra and applying the update. It took less than 5 minutes and I had it up and running the same day in time for our first grill-out. Overall this is a well-built grill that you can't help but appreciate the craftsmanship that went into the design. My only wish is that for the price, a side-burner was included as a default feature of the grill as my previous grill did have that provided instead of two blank side tables.

My husband is the grill master around our house, so when I told him about this Weber grill with a built-in temperature probe and app that allows you to specify what type of protein you are cooking, he was all in. It took him about an hour to get it out of the box and set up. There is plenty of space on both sides of the grill to place your cooking dishes. There is a temp display in the front that tells you the temperature inside the grill as well as the probe temperature. The app connects in seconds and gives you all the information you need to cook the perfect meal and recipes too!! Our steaks came out a perfect medium rare, I was so impressed! We are going to be cookin' this summer!

The grill arrived nicely packaged and everything inside was individually wrapped and protected well. The whole package was heavy and even during assembly you can tell the parts are sturdy and solid. It took time to put together and I could have not done it without my husband's help but the instructions were clear for the most part. Once assembled, the grill feels very well made. It heats up fast and cooks evenly. The sear zone is my favorite part because it gets really hot and gives great searing power. It unleashes 40% more power with one of the largest sear zone in its class. The Snap Jet ignition is very convenient and lets burners light easily with just a click. The porcelain-enameled cast iron grills are really heavy and distribute heat well. I also like the little details like the tool hooks on the side, warming rack, cabinet storage and scratch-resistant side tables for extra prep space. The drip-tray setup makes clean up a lot easier too. The Wi-Fi thermometer is a nice feature but we had trouble getting it connected. I also wish it included a side burner. Overall, it's a solid grill with strong performance, useful features and a sturdy build.

This grill came very well packaged. Even though it was rained on, everything in the box remained dry. It needed to be assembled, and my husband was able to follow the step-by-step instructions with ease. He said there was only a small issue where one of the parts came pre-assembled wrong and he needed to take it apart and fix it before continuing with the rest of the installation. Once fully assembled, this grill is really very nice. It's smaller than what we're used to, but it's the perfect size for our tiny family. It lights extremely easy and the design does a wonderful job to ensure no grease will clog it. It cooks hotter and faster that what we're used to, but that was nice because dinner was ready very quickly. I like the thermometer that comes on the grill and having the app for the smart functions is a plus. Overall, definitely a great grill!
