I sold my old bbq monarch 40 and now I buy this sovereign ... as usual I found the best features and it cook all I ask. BBQ is not usual in Italy so I must adapt our traditional grill recipe to my BBQ now use it 2 or 3 time at week obtain always the best result great taste never smoke never flame never grease dropping Thanks

Purchased 4 yrs ago after much research online. Also purchased the cover through Broil King. Initially performed as advertised. Over the last couple of years, internal parts have rusted. I clean the flavor wave and burners with a stiff brush. The brackets for the rotisserie, the rotisserie burner, and the main burners are no longer useable. The upper rack rusted through. Flavor wave and separators are in the same condition. I expected more from a top of the line product.

I bought this bbq 3 years ago. Although the BBQ works wonderfully, the clamshell has corroded quite badly for its age, despite being religiously covered and washed. The rest of the body is perfect.

I am going in my 11th year with my BBQ! I had to change the burners and flavour waves 2 years ago and the propane hose last year. Not bad for something I use all year round. My only issue is that just this Summer the bottom portion of my bbq has bowed, and bowed enough that one of my 4 cooking grates will not fit anymore:( Unfortunately it is not an end one so I am unable to use 1/4 if the BBQ now. Might have to look at buying a new Broil King for next year!

Bought this for father's day 2016 and have yet to use it. Can't find the correct cleaning brush and gave up a month ago.

First I do love my new broil king. The only concern I have is when I put in the Baffles the instructions. We're not clear, I looked up the utube video & it helped some. But I have no idea the proper position of the baffles.

Purchased it 3 years ago and worth the money. I cook entire meals on it; winter or summer. The word "Sovereign XL" rubbed off the handle. It's no big deal for me but I would thing Broil King would want their model name to stay permanently on the BBQ. Happy Grilling!

This is our 3rd Broil King. We bought our first one almost 20 years ago, and then got the Signet 90 about 6 years ago. We really used them, and they both lasted and worked great. We still have the Signet but don't use it very much because we got our first natural gas one, the Sovereign 90 a few years ago. Even though it's still an excellent product, I am a bit disappointed with this one. For the jump in price, I expected better quality, but this one has rusted quite a bit - the stainless steel grids, the flav-r-waves, even the burners, all have rusted quite a bit. As well, we seem to have gotten a dud for the doors, since one has been broken from the time we bought it. All in all though, Broil King still makes a great BBQ, and I'll stick with them again for our next one.

Had to replace my grill so I went to my local dealer Modern Propane and fell in love with this grill and it's design. Took it home and assembled in about an hour. Plenty of room, excellent heat management.Grill is constructed of quality material. Large gas knobs make gas adjustments a snap. I own another smaller grill but this grill will be my go to grill from now on.

2 or 3 years old and have replaced the igniter a month after buying it and now trying to figure out why it burst lp out when you turn on one burner and will go out if you turn on two at a time

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
