Weber GENESIS E-415 Propane Gas Grill - Black - 1500367

Absolutely love this grill! The only thing is it doesn't have the reader for the propane tank to tell me propane level. Which is slightly frustrating because it wasn't a cheap grill.

The only issue I had was related to a larger quick connect then I had on my house. I have been using Weber's Gas grills for awhile. It would be nice if you supplied a reducer from this quick connect down to what your previous grills needed

I just replaced my 13+ yr old Spirit model due to needing more cooking area and the bottom had rusted out due to me never covering it. My E-415 has been great so far (about a month / 10 uses). I heats fairly quickly and seems to hold temperature well. The grill feels solid, well designed, and well manufactured. It took me about an hour to put together by myself, but the manual and the app with the 3D view of the parts/steps were super easy to follow. I have had more difficulty putting together patio furniture. Whoever write's Weber's manuals is at the top of their craft. I would definitely recommend this grill and a Mastertouch kettle if you do any smoking. I tend to use the Genesis during the week for quick dinners, and the kettle on the weekends for longer cooks.

2 features about the grill make it difficult. One, the placement of the LP tank is impossible for me to lift in and and out. I need to rely on a neighbor to connect and disconnect. An outside connection would be better, especially since the inside cabinet bottom is not sturdy enough to support the tank. Two, this is the first grill from Weber that did not ship with a scale to know when the LP tank is running low. Corporate greed forces consumers to purchase this once standard item as an extra purchase.

I was frustrated by the inability or unwillingness of the person I dealt with to just email the catalog or clear information for me to identify by number, name, cross-reference etc. the parts I wanted so we could get to the order quickly rather than spend a week or more doing an unnecessary dance. Not sure I was being played with or not. Thankfully, I finally received enough limited info to piece together an accurate order. Still waiting on one item that was back ordered.

I have been grilling with Weber grills for 40+ years and have owned various models, both charcoal and gas. My new S-415 is the most solidly built and smoothly operating grill I have owned. Weber seems to have solved the problem with their old igniters, which I had to replace many, many times on a prior model. This one lights smoothly and quickly every time. The 4 burners generate plenty of heat. I think the grill has been moved up farther from the flames. It takes longer to sear things but this also provides better flexibility and precision when cooking. There is one small design problem with the grill, in my opinion. The edges of the handles for opening the doors to the under-grill area are sharp. I reported this to Weber and they disagreed. I have since run strips of electrical tape down both handles, which reduces the hazard.

Temperature and heat at grill inferior to my 20 year old summit that was replaced by s-415. Expected better from Weber. Y

Best grill ever. Love cooking on it maintains even heat and always cooks perfectly

I really like the simplicity of grilling on my Weber grill. All the features are good. I love the ease of moving it!

Very Nice Grill, but rainwater fills the grease pan and floods the bottom cabinet.
