The grill malfunctioned and burned to a total loss. Weber says it was grease buildup. We only had the grill for 3 months. If grease from 3 months can ignite the grill, don't buy it! They did not stand behind the warranty.

Beautiful grill but doesn't reach a searing temperature I'm very disappointed my previous grill was half the cost but grilled twice as good.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we apologize for the disappointment. Your grill should easily reach 550F! We are here to help troubleshoot the issue. Please make sure you consider "High" on your control knobs to be the first spot to your left (the 9:00 position). The further you go to the right, the lower the temperature will be, and all the way to the right is low, Perform a soapy water leak test to check for leaks. If there is no leak, follow these instructions to reset the bypass safety mode. This is not only the reset, but how you want to light your grill each and every time. Open the lid Make sure all knobs are in the off position Turn your LP tank on all the way Wait 60 seconds - This is the MOST important part. Turn light the first burner and leave it on high Turn on remaining burners one at a time and set each to high Close the lid Let your grill preheat to 450°F-500°F Please look for our email outreach soon! Grill works great! However, the stainless grates deteriorated inexplicably. I contacted Weber and they replaced them immediately, no questions asked as part of the warranty coverage. Even better services and support!

Put it together fairly easy, I don't like buying them put together already, however upon opening...the frame was bent. Registered and Weber sent the part quick, however it was right in the middle of a holiday weekend, no ones fault really. Easy to use, and easy to clean. Got the griddle as well, and it weighs a ton. Plenty of clooking space, which is why we bought the 400 series.

we love our Webers, we have had two in previous years, each lasting over 18 years each, and we bbq 5 nights a week all year round! Just wondering how come our new Genesis doesn't have a gage for the tank!

The grill is the best we've had. Creates a lot of heat quickly. Unfortunately the appearance is marred by the sticky gum that affixed two marketing pieces to the front of the unit. Despite trying to remove it there is a rectangular residue on tow large spots.

After 2nd use, the igniter button stopped working. It took 4 weeks for the proper replacement part to be sent out. This was the first time I ever purchased a Weber grill and probably will be my last. I have several other newly built homes that will be needing outdoor kitchens with grills. I plan on purchasing other brands after this experience.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
