I've had my BBQ for almost 4 years and have never used anything I've purchased for cooking with more! It is huge and versatile for any occasion. Recently I've had bad issues with flare ups and am uncertain if its the plates that are no longer shiny and new or the burners that have left me with hot spots and flames where they're not needed? I am not sure why I received stainless steel tubes for a grill rather than Heavy duty cast iron as the specs indicate. The stainless tubes have always been my least favourite feature of the BBQ and I dread cooking when I'm know cleaning them is a royal pain!!!

This was an early surprise Father's Day gift from my wife last year that she had purchased from our local dealer. The construction and materials used for this grill are tremendous. Stainless all around, hard plastic where possible, and a large warming rack which makes smoking much easier. That's right. Smoking on a gas grill. I have smoked baby backs, leg of lamb, and pork steaks (a Midwest staple). All stainless grates do take longer to come to temperature, and do cool faster than iron, however when the burners are turned to full power the time is marginal. Steaks with perfect grill marks, crab legs that render whole pieces from the shell, chicken that is so tender and juicy, and pork is to die for all can be made on this grill. Great equipment goes a long way in the world of cooking. If you are on the fence between Broil King or a competitor, do a side by side comparison and see how much further your dollar goes with Broil King. They are the best grill company you probably never heard of.

A great barbecue. My only complaint are that the assembly instructions for inserting the reflector plates could be a lot clearer and I have had some difficulty in lighting all the burners.

My only complaint is the tabs that hold the doors broke off relatively early without being man handled. Tried to rig something up but am finally going to break down and by new tops and bottoms. Lol

We bought a broil king BBQ 6 years ago and are very pleased with it. Our burner wore out and I called to order a replacement one. compared it to the Napoleon Prestige 500, Weber Genesis E-410, i wanted a large primary cooking surface, North American made, and lots of power along with a great warranty,(in the $1500 range) hands down Broil King hit a grand slam with this in every category i think is important to a grill...in this price range napoleon was too small, Weber didnt have the rotisserie included and the stainless steel grids were smaller and the warranty came up a bit short...I AM EXTREMELY IMPRESSED, PATIO PALACE IN LONDON WAS GREAT AS WELL, (assembled and delievered---beat that Lowes!!!!!! THANKS AL!!!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
