Bought this BBQ for the large cooking surface area...but 1 of the 4 burners seems to have a leak somewhere and it doesn't fully ignite to full strengh like the other 3..so basically I have a cold spot on at 1/4 of the cooking area. Cant fully use the bbq to its potential. Explained the problem to customer service and they just sent me a new burner saying it'll solve the problem...but still persists. overall kinda dissapointing. I could have spent less and get a 3 burner that I can actually use and control the temperature properly. Pretty dissapointing.

I Purchase this about 5 weeks ago great natural gas grill, i always have used propane but upgraded to natural gas, heats up supper fast. i am still getting use to cooking times but wow very happy with it, I had to use the warrenty and no problems, item arrived within a week or so.

Bought the Sovereign XLS 90 in April of 2013 and only have to replace the Flav-R-Wave and Dividers this year. Unfortunately the Electronic Ignitor has also stop working this year. The rest of the bbq is in excellent condition. Would highly recommend this grill for the tough Northern Ontario climate!

I placed my new grill to use the next day after assembly. Easy to operate and cooks the food evenly. Cooked using the rotisserie, the food came out amazing. Great grill!!

I bought a Crown 90 about 14 years ago. Think it's what is now the Sovereign line. It works great Summer and Winter here in Ottawa. As you would expect, the burners have been replaced once, the ceramic grills were replaced with stainless steel, ignition switch and flav-r-wave once. The bottom casting did wow out at the front but still cooks great. It's been a fantastic B.B.Q. I'd be interesting in trying a more recent model but could never justify a new purchase.

We are working on our second Broil King BBQ. We have found this brand to be ery dependable and so well built. We BBQ year round and we live in Northwestern Ontario but no matter what the weather is (-30) if always fires up and we can always depend on it to work.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
