We bought it in 2008 and it is still going!!! We bbq all the time all year round and it still works like it is new. Had to replace the diffuser plates because of all the use. Not too bad for 13 years!!!

I actually bought this BBQ in 2008. It is one of the BEST purchases I have ever made. We use it on average 4 or 5 times a week to cook our meals. The rotisserie is the best accessary, I have used it to cook so may things I can't list them all. It was just in the last year that I've had to replace the burners and the diffusers, but after 13 years of being used 4 or 5 times a week, that can be expected. Now with the new parts, it works just like it did when it was brand new. I LOVE MY BBQ.

I bought my Sovereign BBQ in July/19. Its a great BBQ but unfortunately this spring I was having problems getting the heat up. I looked over everything and discovered the burners have rusted out and are starting to crumble. The burners are warrantied for 10 years so I will be submitting a claim. Hopefully the burners installed were just from a bad batch.

Well, finally time to pick up some spare parts due to wear and tear..Need to get end caps for one of the doors, and a new wheel. (major winds storms moved the BBQ around this winter). I onw a Sovereign XLS 90..we cook all the time..and here's a key note for all those out there that seem to be having issues..and I may be just the lucky one..or is it that I take care of it? It's always covered..now get this..it's 20 years old..beat that !!

We bought this BBQ 10 years ago and it is still going very strong. We use it at least 2-3 times a week all year round. (we live on the West coast of Canada). I would recommend this BBQ to anyone who is looking for one. Absolutely Fantastic!!

Ours is nearly 13 years old. We have looked after it and replaced the Venturi tubes but it's incredible how well it has lasted. We do now need to replace all the insides - the flavour waves and the tubes, but really this amazing bbq does not owe us anything. We just love it and use it all through the year, regardless of weather.

I purchased this model after it spoke to me after a few visits to the retailer. The classic design and large stainless steel grill drew me in. So far so good. I went with Natural Gas. The Sovereign can get very hot. I'm still getting used to the right temperatures for various meats. The one issue I'm having is finding the full high setting. Two of the burners have a distinct full spot. The other two take a bit of manipulating into the right spot. Overall good product. The grill sits up nice & high. The warming rack is big and really gets out of the way of the main grill when the lid is opened. This BBQ looks great and the food tastes excellent. I'm looking forward to having a big party.

Love how the bbq looks however seem to have hot spots on bbq like every other we purchased .Was expecting a little more considering cost reviews and workmanship reviews previous to purchasing .

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
