We purchased this grill in April of 2015. Since we have used the BBQ almost every other day. It ignites quickly, get to high temperature very fast and is easy to clean up. We have used the rotisserie accessory often best option we could have gotten. have used it from everything from steak to hamburgers, using the direct or indirect cooking methods. I think it has made me a superior BBQer! I wouldn't trade this on for any other type, all its needs is a steering wheel so I could drive it around the neighbourhood and show it off.

This one I got to replace my old BBQ, a 20 something year old signet or coronet or something, I forget the model but it was also a BroilKing. I looked at all the different makes and even cooked on a few of them which are considered to be very good products. This Sovereign XLS 90 is a solid well made BBQ, incredible amount of cooking space. Rotisserie works well. This BBQ was a good purchase and, If the after sale service is as solid as this BBQ is well made then, I nailed it. Oh yea!!

I have had my barbque now for 8 years and its work excellent everytime. I have smoked beef, pork, chicken and fish on it as well as baked on it, as in an angel food cake. I use mine all year around. I have only replaced the battery for the electric start.

have had this grill for about 4years havent burnt a steak or pork or chicken from flare ups.. this grill is used all year long here in Texas. Just now replacing the burnerers and some other parts. parts in all cheaper than buying a new grll.. if this one ever weras out will replace with same type.

Have owned this grill for over 2 years now. Excellent large cooking area--easy to control temperatures, make this grill perfect for searing steaks and for low temp indirect cooking. Adequate space below the grates allow for drip/flavor pans, which I use a lot. I've had several grills over the years and I love this one. There are absolutely no short comings here. Easy to clean--looks great all the time.

I have had this grill for 8 years and have not replaced anything. I live in Tucson,Az. and grill around twice a week all year long. The only issues I have had is the rotisserie burner will blow out on windy days and the lower casting is starting to warp. Not bad for eight years of feeding the family.I just wish I could find the receipt for this grill.

I bought this baby about 5.5 years ago, and we've used it almost daily every summer since (often in the winter too). It's one of the few items I've purchased that I have absolutely zero regrets purchasing, and have had virtually no issues. The only problem I had was the Broil King emblem on the front started to rust after the first year. I contacted Broil King, explained the situation and they FedEx'd out a new one in 3 days, no questions asked. Took 2 minutes to replace, and it's been looking as good as new since! Tons of room to cook on - I often do entire meals on here, and never short changed for space.

It's been 8 years now, still going strong. Just replacing the burner tubes now, I figure that is reasonable. We grill fairly steadily year around so it does get used (family of 4 and average amount of company for meals). Flare ups are minimal; if you keep the flav-r-wave plates clean you will be pleased. I'm a little disappointed that the front of the cast aluminium oven has bowed out from heat (the bottom half) but it's just a little and doesn't affect performance. Still looks and cooks great after 8 years, and with new burners I'm expecting 8 more. How can you argue with that???!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
