First off I love my grill it's really good. However I got it 4 years ago the doors are stainless steel but the assembly are black plastic. Bad design I had to replace them twice and the factory keeps sending me doors assembly that fit but are not for my grill. I just gave up. Really love my grill though

I've had this Broil King model XL90 for 3 years now and it's as good as the day I bought it. All burners work perfectly and it's used as often as weather permits as I live in UK.

I just purchased my Broil King Sovereign XL Mar 16-2016 . Big beast ... will be great for entertaining. I cannot wait to assemble and start grilling. Unfortunately it arrived with a part broken . I know that Broil King has a great warranty so I will be looking forward to hearing from them.

My grill is around 5 years ols now and absolutely in good shape. We use it mostly in the summer and wrap it in the cover during the winter. When all family is here all food is prepared on the grill. Only disappointment is the emblem - crome is falling off and the front of the cast aluminium oven has bowed out from heat (the bottom half) but it's just a little and doesn't affect performance but it makes the smoke slip out and the steel on the outside gets a wrong color - but the performance is just fine anyway

We have had this for about 6 years. Just going to replace the burners now. Lots of room, minimal flare ups. Just disappointed that the bottom bowl has bowed out and the grills are starting to fall in. Other than that the rotisserie motor is just about toast I think. Rest is good with fairly heavy use.

This is my first Broil King Barbecue and I must say that in the short time I have cooked on it I love the way I can control the temperature. All my previous barbecues had hot spots and were hard to control temperature. My new Sovereign XL reaches temperature quickly, holds temperature beautifully where I set it and is a real pleasure to cook with, especially for my salmon. A great acquisition!

This is my second Broil King, I upgraded from the Signet that I had for 9 yrs and this new BBQ rocks! It gets to 600 degrees in no time and sears the steaks to perfection. The BBQ is very easy to assemble, from box to grilling in 2 hours.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
