I purchased my first Napoleon grill about a month ago. It was not too difficult to put together and I am very pleased with the quality of all the parts. I have grilled a couple of times using propane and a couple of times using the charcoal insert, both have been great. I do live the fact that I can pull the lower catch/collection tray out for easy clean up and that it is made of stainless steel.

really enjoyed the grill so far! the charcoal feature is awesome and the infra-red is the best for a quick sear after cooking sous vide . thank you for a great and fun grill. the only thing i cant find is a rotesiery that will fit . bought a universal fit but wont work.

It is the only grill I would ever buy, because no one else make one even close to it and all its features, ESPECIALLY THE ROTISSARY BURNER! Our last one, (The first one), lasted us 13 years.

Have a large family and the side burner makes it easy to multi task while cooking. Everyone thought the glow knobs were cool and a great feature once the sun went down. Easy to clean and easy to use. Now just to get a rotiss for it!

...less heavy than more premium grills. Overall design is very good. This grill gets nice and hot quickly. Heat distribution is good enough, but not fantastic. Cooking grates are absolutely outstanding! cleans pretty easily. Would certainly recommend at this price point. I agree with majority of other reviews. One tiny beef. Cover is not great, location of vent in back directs water into storage area making a mess after a good rain. My grill is pretty exposed so it might not matter for some people, also if you put it on backwards it keeps out rain well, just looks a little funny.

Flimsy base construction, made in China, handles are made of cheap plastic not stainless steel. If you open the cover too long, the handle will get too hot to touch. it is easy to turn on and grill good steak

The Grill requires a bit of skill to assemble and you will require a helper. once it's assembled it's beautiful. But after one use I noticed that two of the ignitors wouldn't always lite .also the flame aerators above the burners look like they are corroded

I bought this grill in March and have been rotisseriering, grilling, searing and anything else you can imagine doing with a grill. I love the rotisserie functionality and it does up a real good rib or whole chicken. The sizzle zone (first time having one of these) was a process learned but wow does it produce a really great tasting steak when coupled with indirect heat. I just purchased the Napoleon smoke tube and the meat lovers kit that has the rib rack and I can not wait to try to smoke some meat using this and seeing how it comes out I'm sure it will be fantastic as every recipe I take from their website is a joy for the entire family and for me personally creating a new masterpiece. The grill has stood up well to daily grilling and did see a few end of winter snow storms that it stood up to very well. I am looking forward to years of great grilling from my first Napoleon Grill

I have owned my Napoleon Lex grill for about a year and I have always had an issue with the ignition. It takes about 6-8 tries for the spark to ignite the gas.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
