Grill is cheaply made. The frame, wheels, and sheet metal gauge are all cheap, lesser quality than my previous Weber Performer.

This grill replaced my 1965 bright yellow Weber kettle the was an icon in the neighborhood for decades. I was worried that the quality of the new one wouldn't compare however, it has. This is a great grill, I love the propane start eliminating lighter fluid and I especially like the table top, it's really handy while grilling. Thanks

For many years I always used a Weber grill up until about 8 years ago I thought I needed something different. So in those 8 years I had a Kamado grill then a Camp Chief pellet grill and then a Reqtec pellet grill and now I went back to the Weber and I'm loving every minute of it. For smoking and all round grilling you can't beat the taste and smoke flavors. The only problem I noticed is if you're smoking on a lower temp you can't go buy the temp gauge on the lid because it's about 100 degrees off. Happy Weber Grilling!

New Weber,.....gas line is leaking propane and plastic handle on the grill top melted....how does that work? don't they use high heat plastic? a few years ago, they replaced stainless steel screws with non-stainless steel screws which of course rust....this will probably be the last Weber I buy....

I am on my 3rd performer Deluxe. Both previous ones served a long time. One only given away before a move. This one I am having problems with the gas regulator and it is just over a year old. I have reset the regulator and it worked for two times but now it will not light again. I have isolated every other possibility so it has to be the regulator as I am not getting gas to the burner.. I am down to using lighter fluid. I do my turkey every year on the grill so now I am a bit upset. I replaced the last one after the regulator failed but it was 8 years old. It sits outside year round and it had rust as well so it was time to replace it. This one was purchased 09/19/24. I would rate the previous ones higher but this one has failed in just over a year.

That's not the quality performance we stand by, and we are here to help! It's possible the burner tube or igniter are dirty, causing the ignition failure. When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
