I used Webber grill before and I looked at charcoal grill with automatic ignition for charcoal, then found Webber Bbq grill. I'm 100% satisfying this product.

I love the grill except for the center hole grate that came with it. The center piece does not attach to the grate. When you hang the grate to allow access to the fire pit, the center piece falls out every time. Need to be able to lock that piece in so it only is removed when you ant it to.

Center circular grate falls into coals when trying to clean, bolts on the exterior side get in the way of installing and removing grill grate which is really a pain when the coals are hot.

Great grill. Takes a little getting use to after using a Weber gas grill for the past 25 years. I love the versatility that I have with the Performer. Being able to smoke, low and slow or fast and hot.

I retired my previous Performer after 15 years and went thru the whole song & dance about which grill/Kamado to buy next....But... I came back to what do I do most -Grill . What do I know now how to do on a Weber Kettle with my eyes closed -Grill. I love this grill. Also love the rotisserie that fits it. Full disclosure I also have a WSM for that overnight brisket !!

After almost 20 years of having bulky stainless steel gas grilles and cabinets that would eventually rust out and have burners getting clogged I decided to get this grille and go back to charcoal. The large side counter is big enough to put large platters on. The gas lighter and easy ash cleaner are game changers. Only wish is that it came with utensil hooks. So far I'm very happy with it.

In the end Weber has one of the best warranty claims cause they really do backup their guarantee and also outstanding customer service, top notch!!!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
