| Great pan, use the pan correctly and you'll have no problemSo glad I got this pan. I researched for a few months and debated between all different types of pans that were nontoxic. I finally bit the bullet and got this pan. It's so easy to cook with and clean. Surprisingly easy to clean. I was initially turned off by some of the reviews about sticking, discoloration, etc, but realized it's because people were not using the pan correctly. | AwesomeAs much as i liked cooking with cast iron pans, I got tired of the cleaning and upkeep. In my search for an alternative that would allow a great sear on all the meats I cook, I found AllClad. I only purchase American made items and this was one. Great sear on my proteins and cleanup is a breeze. I really like the handle shape and fact that it stays cool. I was so impressed that I just purchased another piece! | Amazing pan!Superb quality! This is a fantastic 3qt saucepan. Very heavy, with a nice, long handle and a good, thick bottom. Perfect for cooking on the stove and then taking things to the oven to finish off. The handle is a good length because the pan is quite heavy. You can cook at high temps with this pan because the bottom is so thick, that's rare. The lid is a thick, tempered glass that you can see through with vented holes for cooking sauces and sautéing. Overall, this is a wonderful pan. I'm very happy. | Excellent quality pan!I really love the D5 Stainless Brushed Sauté Pan. It's large so you can prepare an entire meal in this one pan. It's heavy duty, but easy to handle as it has an additional smaller handle on one side for easy transport from the stove to the oven. It comes with a lid, so you can cook on the stove top with no mess. It can be used on the stove or in the oven, so it's very versatile. I felt like a professional chef cooking with this!
