This is my second Weber. My first one is uses propane and is still in great shape after 10 years. I now use it at the cottage and the new Natural Gas 3200 is for Home. Great model and highly recommend it.

We downsized to the Q3200 from a much larger grill and it's great. The overall quality is outstanding and there's more than enough grilling area for our needs. I would recommend it to anyone considering it. Flip the side tables down and it's nice and compact. NOTE: Weber's cover is designed to fit the grill with both side tables up, they no longer sell one that fits nicely with them down. Why - I don't know.

I have been a Weber grill customer since my first Kettle in 1973 Which lasted 30 years! I Then after many "Charbroils" purchased a Genesis 5000. That Grill lasted well over 25 years! That sold me on Webers. I have a Genesis II,Q1000 and a large Genesis with a sear station. This Q 3200 is the best of all of them! The way that the burners are set up and the cast iron grates make for even cooking temps and excellent flavor. You should consider going back to the side to side burner set up on your larger grills(the Genesis series) . I feel you get better cooking temps and control over the indirect cooking. I have been cooking on this grill at least twice a week since I received and have nothing but positive things to say. It was easy to setup, not unnecessarily big and heats up quickly for cleaning and cooking. I have no regrets with this grill.

Assembly of this grill was very easy. It takes up much less room on the deck. Starts easily, heats up quickly. Cooks food evenly on all Surfaces .

I have enjoyed my new grill but it is difficult to see if the grill has lit. I haven't been able to find a good way to see if the fire has come on. The only other difficulty is the sections of the grill that are solid. We have only used the grill 5-6 times and there is already a significant build up on the solid areas. I'm not sure why the grill was designed with them.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
