Warranty
Modern Home Products (MHP) offers a lifetime warranty on the top and bottom castings, control panel, stainless steel shelf brackets, in-ground/patio base post, stainless steel and sear magic cooking grids and stainless steel burners. The porcelain briquettes and infrared burners are warrantied against defects for a period of five (5) years and all other components including ignition system, valves, Nu-Stone side shelves, control knobs, patio base and rock grates are warrantied against defects for a period of one (1) year. All paint is warrantied for thirty (30) days. MHP also offers a one (1) year warranty on all parts if installed in a commercial, multi-unit or community use location. Labor not included.

Newer designs simply can't match this. I was really worried about spending this much and then being disappointed - esp. since there aren't many good video reviews of this tri-burn. Well, this MHP is so much better than my last two gas grills. It has more even heat and better searing thanks to the searmagic aluminum grates. The grates hit 750 degrees with all 3 burners on high! This is an excellent slow cooker as well - far better than any other gas grill I've owned. With the center burner on low and with a corderite pizza stone spread the heat across the grill, this MHP holds 240 with an ambient of 85 degrees, lower if it's colder outside. I've cooked a full packer brisket on it, pork shoulders, 4 racks of ribs at the same time using a vertical holder, etc. I just drop in a smoke box on top of the burner under the grate, drop in the pizza stone, and then use a raised folding grate to let the smoke circulate around the meat. I still my smoker, but not nearly as often since that requires babysitting and this MHP just sits there at 240 without touching it.

This is a great grill in all aspects, this is the second grill that we have purchased....the first one has lasted almost 10 years in the salt air of the beach environment and is still going strong! We purchased the second grill for a small house on a fresh water lake, should go 20 years easy!!

Easy to assemble. Instructions clear & concise. I live beachside, so the cast aluminum,stainless, & plastic components ensure long life in spite of the elements. To extend product life, I bought the full length cover.

Hybrid burner really heats fast, sears fast. I've never had juicier meat! Assembly directions were clear and simple, unlike the last grill I put together nearly 20 years ago (a Charbroil). I decided on this grill because it has drop-down shelves, which VERY FEW grills offer. My only complaint is the large, ugly text cast into the grill lid--"FOR OUTDOOR USE ONLY" on one side and "OPEN BEFORE LIGHTING" on the other.

Hi Adam. MHP doesn't specify how hot the grill can get, as it can depend on many factors including your outdoor environment. But we know it can easily reach temps of 750 degrees inside the grill, so it would probably be even hotter right above the infrared burner.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
