Blaze LBM 25-Inch 3-Burner Natural Gas Grill

The grease does not go into a disposable tin. All the grease is supposed to collect in this large flat tray and you're expected to scrape it out. But even that doesn't work. The tray fills with rainwater, and then the grease floats over the top of the water and goes down all inside the unit and gets all over the propane cylinder. It is completely horrible. Also to ignite the burners requires rotating each knob repeatedly, sometimes many times for a couple minutes, instead of simply holding a button. It doesn't even transfer the flame from one burner to the rest of them... you have to light each one and it takes forever. it is a total disaster. it never works right when the weather is even a little damp. Do not buy this. If you want something that is far better engineered, just get a Weber for a fraction of the price.

Only used it once but the steaks came out great

I've used this grill for a few weeks now, and I've turned out some of the best grille food ever. The infra red sear burner is amazing, the heat consistency across the grate, and the range of precise adjustment shows me that a gas grill CAN do the things my old brand couldn't. Better yet, I received it with a small gouge in one of the side shelves, under the protective wrap, so it wasn't a shipping problem. When I brought that to the attention of Blaze, I asked "What are you going to do about it?" I expected some token credit or other runaround. Their answer: "Well, how about if we send you a new shelf at no charge? We're sorry that happened." Blew me away.

Once assembled, the grill is lovely, but the path to an assembled grill was tortuous. The cabinet instructions were for a different cabinet (the one for a 32" grill). About 65% commonality. There were no instructions for mating the kettle with the cabinet. That turned out to be very simple, but a little guidance would have been appreciated. And there was nothing at all about how to add "seperaters [sic]" to the assembled grill. I checked the BBQ Guys video for hints. Caught a quick glimpse of them--no comment on assembly, just a quick glimpse--and it seemed to be something different from the clear answer I later stumbled on as I glared at the collection of parts. I tried calling for support. After about half an hour on hold I gave up. My neighbor and I managed to get it assembled. And as I said, once assembled it's lovely. But at these prices, Blaze and BBQ Guys should have been able to make it easier. I would recommend this only because I would be available to provide the missing tricks to a friend.

Purchased the blaze 3 burner for my home built in 2020 and couldn't be happier with it. Building another home this year and definitely will be purchasing again! The quality can't be beat! Worth the cost.

Great product

We "retired" a Napolian that lasted 20 some years in coastal South Carolina. Steel based grills last 2 to 3! My new grill looks better cooks better and is obviously heaver stainless steel than the one I replaced. We are more than satisfied.

Just got it in, love the grill.

Bought the grill in Sept 2014. We use it very frequently (3-4 times/week). Produces great heat.. Very satisfied with it over the years. Good value for the price. However, the stainless steel parts inside the grill are very corroded after 7 years of use. See photos. Not 316 stainless like much more expensive makes. I contacted customer service and they agreed to send new parts. I was quite surprised since I have bought many grills over the years and got nothing when they fell apart (cheaper grills so not unexpected). The burners are still okay, some corrosion but not affecting performance. I am now going to install the new parts and also add an exhaust hood.
