Like the size and the aluminum body. My last 2 grills rusted out. Bought it for the ring and center bar burner. Good for indirect cooking. Grates clean up well. No complaints so far. Natural gas connection was compatible with old outlet, so installation was a breeze. My only wish would be to have 4 wheels instead of 2. It a bit cumbersome to move around with only 2.

Very pleased with assembly process, ease of use and compactness. Since it is not SO huge, we tend to use it more often and also cleans up easily. Most 'hassle-free' grill we have had - no more excuses for not grilling. Can't wait to start exploring griddle use for veggies, etc. Only compromise was no rotisserie and difficulty finding cover that fit unit with shelves folded down!

The material and build quality is better than I expected. Be careful when assembling - some of the edges on the molded plastic parts are sharp, this shows that the manufacturer keeps their dies in good shape. The grill itself is small, but entirely adequate for a family of four. Heats up to a measured 600*F within a few short minutes, and there are no hot spots. Looking forward to years of use.

Perfect size. Extremely fast delivery. Comes assembeled except for the cart. Heats up fast and evenly. The grates are easy to clean.

I like most everything about this Q 3200 grill. I gave it four stars primarily because the cart only has two wheels and is difficult to move around as it is fairly heavy and you have to lift it to move it. You need to get your engineers working on a design for caster wheels for the left side of the cart.

Grill is nice, minus 1 star for it being broken upon arrival. Cook box plastic was shattered. Weber support sent a replacement quickly, but assembly turned into a disassembly/reassembly project and I am stuck with a bunch of big boxes and a large broken metal cook box to dispose of somewhere.

The heating element is not covered with metal bars like the regular gas grills. The juices/ grease drips directly on the heating element which has small holes in it for the heat to escape. I place food on aluminum foil to reduce the amount of grease dripping on the heating element.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
