This grill is well-designed from the ground up. Assembly and set-up are extremely easy; the burner pattern is novel, versatile, and highly functional; the cooking surface is bigger and more useful than the low lid profile might suggest. It is also easy to maintain and keep what I consider "functionally clean." Finally, and best of all, we have been getting outstanding results.

This is my first Grill and I am loving it. Quality, design and usability is top notch. Assembly and hooking into the natural gas line was smooth. The original package came with a 3/8 inch quick connect, I had to buy a 3/8 inch to 1/2 inch converter to hook into the natural gas line.

1 person assembly and this was made simple with the aid of BLIT - visual tutorial to guide you through the assembly process. Not an experienced griller but, can say that it performs as expected & we our happy with the purchase.

So far it has proven to be a nice grill, but there is still room for improvement: 1) Allow the grill to be bought without the cart. Mine sit on a wide stone wall so I am not using the cart. Plus it would be nice if you could buy a Weber cover for just the grill not including the cart. I ended up having to get a custom cover made. 2) There are 2 burners - one around the circumference of the grill and one across the middle. Would have been nice to have the 2 burners split left and right (as will the grill plates) so you could heat the 2 plates to different levels. I have replaced one of the grill plates with a griddle so I am finding it hard to grill meat on one side and slowly cook vegetables on the other.

The grill works great and much better than the original grill I had worn out. I did not set up the rolling stand that was included with the grill, but rather I installed it on my existing tiled grill island that I made about 16 years ago. FANTASTIC grill. I also have the Q2200 Propane that I use in my RV.

Great size for couple-up to 6 eaters. Only complaint is cheap plastic design of cart. The Baby functions beautifully and easy to ignite.

The trays on either side do not lay flat; they are on an angle. In addition, the electric ignition on my new Weber does not work. To make matters worse, manually igniting with a match is almost impossible; the hole in which one places a lighted match is very inconveniently located on the bottom rather than the side. All of my previous weber grills were great. I would not recommend this model.

It is a bit different from my other Weber temperature-wise. I am getting used to it and trying to fine tune the settings. So far all food has been good. No problems.

Just love this grill. I am new at grilling when you purchase a grill at this price you should get a free instant read thermometer so it helps you to know when food is cooked.

Works tremendously well! Very happy. Have owned a small version that we carry in our RV for over 10 years. It has been great and is why we bought the Q3200 for our home use!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
