My fourth Weber grill. Very difficult to see that the blue flame on these burners. A bit of 'trust' is required that they are actually lit. (obviously, this was during daytime grilling)

This is my second Weber Q 3 series. I had a Q300 propane that was a great grill. Great cooks and withstood all that Upstate NY winters could throw at it. I reluctantly passed it on to my nephew when we moved South. Our new home had a natural gas hookup. I bought a Weber Spirit 210 natural gas which at the time I thought of as an upgrade. While the 210 was fine and certainly has its fans, I kept thinking about my Q300's simplicity and all the great cooks I used to have. Life is short so I sold the 210 and bought a new Weber Q3200 NG for Fathers Day. I could not be happier. You know when you find that perfect pair of jeans or a bottle of wine that pairs perfectly with your food? That's the Weber Q 3 series to me.

For the most part we love it. It heats up quickly with an even distribution of heat. On the down side, the table tops on each side keep coming off when setting up.

This is my 2nd Weber Grill in well over 10 years and the first natural gas connection. A little pricey yes, but you get what you pay for. Go ahead and purchase the cheaper ones and you will never know what you are missing! Thanks Weber, for a truly fine product!

Received the Grill in good shape. Was easy to fully assemble because of its relatively low weight, and preassembled parts. Very happy with the power of the grill. Heaths up very quickly and provides plenty of direct heath. The only thing you have to adjust from conventional 2-3 burner grills is the way the two burners are designed. The large burner is a loop underneath the grills and the smaller burner in a straight pipe in the middle of the grill. It takes some time learn how to let some vegetables simmer on low heath while grilling meat. There is no real area to let something at low heath. Bur overall greatly impressed with the size, low weight and cooking capabilities of the Q 3200.

One issue I have always had are grease flair up's. The back of the grill is up against the house. So of course the house gets black burn on it. First for this grill to even flair up would mean you have never cleaned it. Second the heat comes out the sides. Win Win

One of the feet was broken in shipment. Contacted Weber and received entire grill portion as replacement. Was able to easily switch broken part and now have extra body of grill if needed.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
