I moved into a house in NC. I always wanted my own barbecue. I'm so enjoying my Q 3200 natural gas. We had a horrific storm here a few days ago and the strong winds knocked my grill over. No damage to my grill which surprised me. Now it's tied down.

It is almost impossible to get this grill to run on a low temp., not very happy with it.

Really like the smaller footprint for space on my deck, yet cooking surface is large enough for a family of four plus guests. I love the ability to put the cooking racks in my dishwasher and wipe it clean easily. This Natural gas model means no propane tanks to worry about! Food cooks evenly, and tastes great.

I've never been a big griller but this grill has changed me. I'm not sure why, but my food on a grill has never been much to brag about but this grill heats so well that my steaks, chicken, etc. are heated perfectly making them juicy and tasty. The natural gas takes away having to figure out where to refill the propane tank. Just turn it on and it's ready every time.

So happy with this Webber Gas grill. It's sturdy and looks great. Clean up is a breeze. Heats up to 500 degrees really quick!

I bought one 2200 it work so great that I bought another for my brother and one 3200 natural gas for home. I'm from Argentina, and I buy these two and take it into my suitcase. We can not buy here in Argentina, so I make this effort. The only modification that I made, is to ad a iron case to produce wood smoke. I ad wood cheaps... this is an accesory that weber should make... not only is the best grill, the best customer service also....

It is the best BBQ that I have ever owned . It cooks great and u can turned it down and cook low. We love it It is big enough to cook several hamb at a time on it..

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
