Great BBQ, I have 2 of these, one for home on Natural Gas, and a smaller one on propane for camping, very good product.

I like this bbq but there are a couple of things I wish were different. I wish you could light the left and right side only. And I wish the bbq height was higher so I could put a pot in it and still be able to close the lid.

I purchased this grill a few years ago and have loved it ever since. Getting parts for it now so that I can refresh my cooking. I use this grill a lot! Yes, I cook out often and host parties as well. Between this gas grill and my Weber kettle grill, I can cook hamburgers/hotdogs/chicken for about 16-25 people.

After 12 years of faithful service, I swapped out my old Weber propane grill for a natural gas Q 3200. As a single aging woman living alone, I was tired of schlepping heavy tanks and always having to keep an eye on the fuel level every time I had guests. The Weber Q3200 natural gas has given me the perfect freedom from all of the burdens of propane. Also, it heats up faster, cooks faster and with better flame control. Primarily, I use my grill to bake pizza for friends and the quick, efficient performance of natural gas has taken my pizzas (and reputation) to a new level. It's big enough to hold my cast iron pizza stone (toss away any other kinds), cooks evenly and holds the heat just right. When I got it, I bought a loaf of cheap white bread, turned the dials to full blast and waited for the temp to rise to about 500. Then I put the bread on to see where the "hot spots" are. I was delighted with the even browning results. Yes, the back of the grill is slightly hotter than the front, but not significant enough to make a difference. This grill takes on meats and vegetables the way you want and expect: beautifully seared with deep grilled flavors. And, unlike other grills I have experienced, you don't have to drive it at 100% to achieve your desired results. The Weber Q 3200 is not only fun to cook on, it behaves itself. In this day and age, having anything that's fun and obedient is a rare and beautiful thing.

I don't like the fact that this grill has no visible flame. I called customer service and they told me that as long as the grill heats up to correct temperature it's working properly. But with the absence of a flame, it's no different than cooking something on a rack in the oven.

Hi! We are sorry to hear about your disappointment with your Weber Q 3200! The flame on this model can be hard to see in direct sunlight. If you turn the grill on at night, you should be able to see an even blue flame across the entire length of the burner tube. When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
