We bought our Weber Q to retire the last of a long line of bigger Weber grills - 8 of them over 20 years at our home and beach house, to be exact. The Q is great for frequent grillers who cook for two, usually. It preheats quickly, cooks evenly with precise temperature control and is easy to keep clean. We really like this "little" grill and recommend it to discerning grillers.

I bought this last year and it worked great until the burner tube only lit on one side. I cleaned it thoroughly and it still didn't light on one side so I called Weber and since it's still under warranty, they happily replaced it, free of charge. Works as good as new now!

Had the original Q working almost flawlessly for 16 years. Almost...it was propane fueled and on a really cold winter evening it took forever to get the grill hot. Now the natural gas fuel could care less about the cold. It's bigger, nice shelf on the back, temperature gauge to know when it's ready, really cool LED lamp on the handle that automatically lights the grill when the lid is raised, split grate that makes each half easier to clean and all the other features of my old Q except ... it's not so small anymore. Excellent design work guys. Old Q is in the basement, cleaned and ready for a gas off emergency or picnics. I did have to get a tap out my tool box to chase the threads on all of the inserts on one of the frame brackets that were over formed in manufacturing. Easier for me than waiting for the warranty part. The igniter was broken in the box during shipment but Weber customer service responded positively and quickly replacing the entire igniter.

This is my first natural gas grill and I love it! It heats up quickly, has lots of cooking area, and you get an even burning surface. Easy to use, and love the ease of cleaning the drip pan! I would highly recommend this grill!

I replaced a Weber genesis grill with the Q3200, giving the Genesis to my daughter. The Q grill is what I originally wanted, but they not available in natural gas when I bought the genesis about 12 or 12 years ago.

We have had our Weber for a while now and use it a lot year round!! , We have full sized Weber's before and this one does everything the big guys did with far less BTU's. I would recommend this BBQ to anyone..

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
