This is my first natural gas grill and I love it. The Q3200 is just the right size for my wife and I to use. It is well built and oh yea, it is a Weber!

we are 74 and have always own Weber grills starting with charcoal grill because that is was we could afford. Then move to natural gas and move up in size but now was the time to go small because of use and size. We love the "Q".

While the grilling features are great, fall down shelves are not level which is not a very nice feature. I also do not like the fact that the sides are not enclosed I have no problem with the open back. I find the light on the grill top is open a great convenience as I am often grilling after dark when gets dark earlier. There are three devices to hang grilling tools but our restrictive as to which kind of tools as can be hung; this is apparently to try to get you to buy their tools. A couple of more devices to hang tools would've been good and would appear to be possible on the extension for the fall down shelves, particularly since the current location of the devices will not accommodate tools with long handles.

I am happy with performance. It fits our needs. My opinion is its for grilling not bbqing. Arrived with light not working. Tried many times to reach customer service with too long wait times on phone. Still unresolved

When I moved here last year, I left my much larger Weber grill that used propane at my old home for the new owners. I am so happy to have found a Weber grill that uses natural gas and is perfect for my new, but much smaller, patio. My favorite thing to grill is Beer Can Chicken and this grill does this as well as my larger grill did. Weber grills rock!

I got my first Webber gas grill in 1988. Used it for 25 years. Loved it. Tried a 2 burner Webber for 4 years when the family left home and it was okay. This new natural gas grill is amazing. Temperature control is great. Grates are exceptional and easy to clean. No more trying to lift and carry tanks. Love my new grill

It is just the two of us on a daily basis but I wanted enough surface to be able to entertain. It is the perfect size for our townhouse patio. It has a center burner that can be on or off so I don"t loose the ability to do indirect cooking when needed. Very happy with it; love the look of it too!

It has been about a month since I purchased the grill. Very impressed with the even distribution of heat. No flare-ups when cooking. Easy to maneuver and absolute convenience of natural gas. A pleasure to use.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
