Best Weber grill I have ever own. When I got my grill it had the old grill light and did not fit on correctly. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new one. It works great. If you do not have the new improved light it would be a great improvement if you brought the new one. I also bought the gridle, works great. Able to grill sausage and grill onions, peppers at same time. Easy to clean.

Looks stylish. Easy to fire up. But in a windy environment that one inch gap on either side of the lid allows heat loss and uneven heating. I've had a low flame setting go out due to the wind. Even without wind the grill has hot and cool spots. Cleaning the grill allows all the yuk to drop to the bottom bowl and not necessarily through the grease drip hole. A pain to clean up. No place to add hickory chips for a little smoke. After two years the burners are seriously rusted and some of the holes are plugged up. Food tastes different, but that isn't the grills fault. This is my first gas grill. I'll be selling it and going for the old fashioned coal briquettes.

The Q Series Grill is fantastic - very happy with performance. Very unhappy with Weber - their tech support has always been outstanding but they haven't coped very well with the current Covid-19 situation - nearly as well as other companies. Impossible to get telephone response - even leaving message for return call - have sent 2 Emails with response of receipt and no response - the 1st was sent well over 1 month ago. I tried Web-Site and grill that I registered in May 2017 and have called them on for tech help in past (pre Covid-19) was not even listed as registered, did reregister and received Email with acknowledgement of re-reregistration, on return to Web-Site next day still no recognition of registration - so registered again on the following day had 2 Q Grills registered. Weber just has not coped well with situation - I am still waiting for response to Emails. Very unhappy - with their team management.

It is the best grill I have ever used .the food is easy to grill and control when you open the cover the heat does not come blasting out at you ,the grates are easy to cook on and clean I recommend this grill

I have been using Weber Products for about fifty years. Started with charcoal, then propane, and now natural gas. We purchased a townhouse and wanted a medium size grill. The Q3200 is just the right size and we are happy with our decision.

After my BBQ Grill rusted through I decided to buy something that would last. I just had natural gas piped to my deck so I needed something for a small family, easy to move around and used natural gas for fuel. Good luck finding something to fit that bill. My Daughter turned me on to the Weber Q3200. Reluctant, at first but was pleasently surprised when I fired her up. Easy to put together with just a screwdriver. The whole BBQ is fairly light weight. The bottom section is mostly plastic and everything the fire touches is metal. Good engineering is making the complex simple and this grill does a good job of that. My previous grills all rusted out below the burner can. This grill wont do that since the bottom is hard plastic. Other BBQ's go cheap on the grill grates but not the Q 3200. These grates weigh almost as much as the rest of the BBQ. When you fire it up the grates get hot very fast and leave wonderful grill marks on your food. Without favor bars there isn't much smoke but the grates hold much of the juices of the meat and I haven't noticed any difference in taste. If you don't want a BBQ taking up more room than your family and you just want a quick way to enjoy some BBQ food than you would be hard pressed to find a better quality grill.

This is an excellent grill. The heating system is a plus. It quickly rises to a cooking temperature, and it grills food very fast. The only drawbacks are: the grates are very heavy and difficult to get off & on for cleaning; the front screen was difficult to install and does not appear to have any functional value; the drip system has a problem in that the catch tray is easily blown away from the holder and then makes a mess.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
