I have grilled some steaks on it and it worked perfectly. So I grilled some large shrimp and again they were fantastic. I held off on doing the review until I cooked a pizza on it. I figured if it would work with my pizza stone for a thin crust pizza then I would have the best grill I have ever had. The crust was just right with no burned areas so the heat is uniformly dispersed and I am in grill heaven.

The grille heats wonderfully and cooks food great. My only problems: should have had wheels on all four corners, casters would have been even better. I have a hard time moving it. I would also have liked a better method of cleaning the grid than the pads (which don't stay on the handle!)

I have had this grill for two years, so I can speak from some experience that this is a perfect grill, especially for two people. I grill 2-3 times per week and it's versatile, the right size, heats up very quickly, and cooks food perfectly. The dome or oval shape concentrates the heat much like a Dutch oven, contributing to the even cooking. The grates are actually designed to perform like a griddle on the ends. I have used it to cook the traditionally grilled foods (hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken, ribs), but also to reheat pizza, grill lobster tails, bake Oysters Rockefeller, etc. I own three Weber products at the moment: a charcoal smoker, the gas/charcoal hybrid Performer, and this Q3200, and the Q3200 gets used way more often. Lastly, I bought this in June 2016 after having used one at a summer rental home while on vacation. I actually bought mine from Barbecue Guys (same company as ShoppersChoice) because of the great price. Delivery was quick and problem-free. Recently, I needed to contact Weber for a problem I was having, and ShoppersChoice customer service was great in looking up my purchase information and resending my receipt in case I needed proof of purchase. Weber resolved my problem free of charge (there had be a design upgrade in the last two years to fix a problem with the grates). With the great Weber product warranty and super service from ShoppersChoice, you really can't go wrong. Buy this grill!

I first Q experience came at friends where I grilled several meals using a Q. I was amazed at the even heat and simplicity of the unit. I am a big time grill person and usually had to have a big grill to handle all that I cook.

My family bought me this grill for Father's Day, what an awesome grill. This thing cooks like no other grill I ever cooked on! I would buy this grill again hands down what an amazing piece of equipment for its size. This thing will cook 4 burgers, 4 dogs in no time flat. If your on the fence about purchasing just do it you won't be disappointed.

Had a q2000 for quite a few years. finally wore out and was a little to small. got the q3200 a few weeks ago and absolutely love it. like that the cart was included and hides the propane tank. i have a small back porch and this fits perfect. Large cooking surface but doesn't take up alot of room on porch.

This is an excellent grill for two. It won't accommodate more than four people. I cooked a flank steak and seared one side. The sear cooled the grill down even with the lid closed so that the other side didn't sear so well. Still turned out perfect notwithstanding the one side not-so-seared.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
