Great grill, easy to assemble and easy to use. The only thing I don't like about it is the warming rack hangs (stores) on the back of the grill, right where I need reach to turn on the propane tank. I have to take rack off to turn propane on and off.

If you aren't looking to grill for the neighborhood, or the little league team, then this is the grill for you. Perfect for 3 to 4 people, and easy to clean too.

We bought our new Weber Gas Grill in time for the 4th of July Holiday this year, and are very happy with it. I owned the first Q3200 for 9 years. We liked it so much we bought the new Q3200. We are very pleased with the redesign of this grill. It is a great gas grill for smaller outdoor areas. This grill cooks perfectly when used according to the manufactures instructions. The only thing I would change about the newer design is the tool holder. The older one had the tool holder on the pull out table on the right whereas this grill has it out in front. Minor issue for an overall outstanding grill!

Bought this to replace an old natural gas fueled Ducane when we moved to a LPG home. Bought and installed the bulk propane conversion (easy!) Was a little hesitant going from a ceramic-type grill to a direct flame grill, but this is working well and heats up much faster. Only hesitation is that the handle is hotter than I'd like, but using a silicone glove it's not an issue. Corrosion resistance of the aluminum body was important to me.

Stores don't display the Q3200 but its a terrific gas grill. Gets hot fast and cooks fast or slow if you desire. The cast aluminum grill bowl & cover resist all the elements.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
