I've owned Weber products ever since I began grilling! Not only is the quality excellent but the warranty support is tremendous. I had to replace a burner; 1 call and the replacement was on its way the next day!

The grill itself is exceptional. I have a portable Weber Q that I have owned for tailgating ever since it was first introduced by Weber. It does a great job grilling. I purchased the Q 3200 because of my previous experience withe the Q line. The only issue I have is the plastic stand. It seems to be OK, but I wonder how it will stand up to prolonged heat from the grill. Second, the plastic screen in the front is thin and flimsy. Don't see that lasting very long and how it attaches is also not good. Finally, the grill shipping box was damaged because the tape they use to seal it is not sealed across the sides; only the middle of the box. The tape remained across the middle, but detached (broke) from the sides allowing loose flaps. This allowed to contents to come loose and one of the parts was damaged requiring a replacement which Weber did at no charge. One other item, the grill was VERY easy to assemble

This bbq was so easy to put together. When I lit it the first time I was amazed how fast the cooking temperature was reached. I should have purchased this bbq long ago. Great product Weber.

Great right out of the box, assembly was a breeze and it was clear someone put a lot of thought into the design of this bbq. Did have a minor issue with the igniter but a quick call to Weber and new parts were sent right away. In my opinion equipment is only as good as the support you get after the sale.

I bought this grill 3 years ago and I must say that the grill is good despite of the fact that probably it has a issue with the fat deposits inside the brazier. I clean up the grill (also inside) almost every time before to use it but during the years the fat deposits during cooking takes fire four times. The last time the support melted despite the fact that the flames were immediately extinguished. After contacting assistance in Italy, they assumed that I did not clean the barbecue, which is not true, blaming on myself. I am in contact with other guys that has the same experience with the same BBQ. I will certainly tell them what my experience with the assistance was and that no help was needed. The barbeque would be good but without that flaw and with better assistance.Surely I'll tell them what appends

Out of all the grills we have ever had, this one is at the top of the list! It is so easy to light and to clean. Cooks like a dream and I actually think faster than our previous grills. Don't hesitate — buy it!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
