I bought this a month and used about 5-6 times. Always loved Weber quality. It's just very heavy if you have to move needs good handles on the opposite side of the wheels that don't cut into you hand cause you have to hold on to the flip table. I have to move it a few feet every time I use it and it's very heavy with no handles to do so. However get super hot very fast.

Great product and it was so easy to put together. I am a single woman and thought I would have to hire someone to put the grill together, but I was able to follow the instructions and it is perfect. I used it for the first time and found it easy to use. Great product.

I am on my third webber q grill. I bought all mine "used" , so I can safely say the regulator is the weakest part , they tend to fail eventually....but we love this grill and I am going to buy my first New Q3200 soon .

Purchased this little beauty to replace another Weber grill that I'd used to pieces. I can't begin to say how much I love this grill. The only thing I'm shocked about is how heavy it is ~ and I don't mean that in a negative way! The other, portable Q grills that are shaped this way may be lighter in weight to make transport easier. I was able to put it together in about an hour with no help from my husband. I actually enjoyed seeing how it went together and was delighted at how easy it was. Overall, I am thrilled with this grill!

I purchased this grill because we already own the Weber Q 1000, which is great. We purchased it about 10 years ago and have only had to replace the igniter. Our Q 3200, which we purchased about 1 year ago, hasn't lived up to the quality of the 1000. We have had to replace the grates and the thermometer. The grill has uneven heat with hot spots. The burner openings have burned larger than they were and there doesn't appear to be much gas control of the temperature as the flame on high isn't a great deal different than the flame on low.

We purchased our Weber Q3200 a few weeks ago. We liked the look, the sturdy construction, and the size of it. We had had Weber grills (first a charcoal grill, then a Spirit 300, I believe) for about 16 years. Both those grills held up well, but we tired of charcoal, and as a couple without children at home, we no longer saw the need for a large grill. We checked out the Q3200 on line and at a store. We liked what we saw, bought it, had it assembled and delivered. We're delighted with it. Why? It's smaller and doesn't take up a lot of space. It's easy to move around. It looks cool, modern, and appears well built. Cooking with the Q3200 is a breeze: controls are easy to use; the grill heats up quickly and efficiently, and it cooks well and evenly and is easy to clean and wipe down after use. That counts for a lot with me. The grill is a good deal smaller than our old Spirit, but we can grill foods for dinner for 6 people with ease and efficiency, and with a tasty result. We're pleased, quite pleased.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
