The grill is perfect except it would be nice to have four wheels rather than only two. To move the grill you have to pick up the side without the wheels and move it. And while that is not very difficult, it is made so because there is no real handle to use. The grill is wonderful. Starts quickly, the built in light is perfect, the grates are easy to clean and I love the two burner setup!

I am a weber charcoal kettle grill guy. Gas grills don't come close to achieving the cooking control or flavor result that the kettle does. I've owned other weber gas grills and have given them way because the results were the same as if the food were cooked in the house. I purchased the Q1200 and was estatic with the results. I just purchased the Q3200 and am equally impressed with the results. The profile is the perfect design to cook to perfection allowing the smoke to permeate the food and retain the desired doneness and moisture. Because the cooking compartment is efficient and you burn at a low BTU rate. Your gas lasts at least twice as long as the traditional gas grill design. I use my Q at least 3 times a week all year long. In the winter it is parked in front of my patio door so I stand in the house grilling in the doorway. Get one and you will not be disappointed.

what a nice (was to say toy as for me my grill devices are toys) but just right now I figured a best word will be tool... It have a very convenient size, BTU power, and feels sold and extremly good quality. One thing that I don't like is that even on low, is to high for 250F's and that there is no pizza stone accesory, nor weber continued with the roasting kit for the Q series.

I had the smaller version of this grill and used it when we traveled. Got this one for the house, its on the deck and hopefully can use it through the snowy NH winter. I will bring it in during the snow and put it out after we clear the deck. Don't want to lose it in the winter

I just bought it. Despite its size, ideal for our terrace, it works very well. Meats and chicken have been crispy. Highly recommended!

I have the same model in Canada and this one is even better! It's hotter because it uses propane vs natural gas on the other one. Does not take up a lot of space but holds up to 20 hamburgers. Keep the lid down and it cooks like an oven, only quicker. Perfect BBQ

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
