This is an outstanding grill. It cooks everything perfectly, it is easy to clean and care for, parts are plentiful when I need them, the grates are nice and tight so food doesn't fall through... My only complaint is portability. There are only 2 wheels, and it is really hard to move. Hard to grab and lift. I was hoping for better portability, but the grill itself is great.

The grill went together well but I've been having problems getting the grill to light. It will only light up half of the burner.

I have had this grill for a minth or so now and I am extremely pleased with this grill! It was a breeze to assemble, is so easy to maintain, and fun to use. I really think its a great design, is very versatile, and makes great tasting food. It turns out I am also really enjoying the non conventional look of the grill.

I am pleased with the evolution applied to produce this grill and the time tested instructions to help grilling to be a success. I have never had much success in grilling, lacking skill and understanding of grilling techniques which are explained with guide provided and instructions that have taken the frustration out of failed experiences. Instead, grilling has now become more pleasurable and rewarding with each grilling experience being sucessful with savory, more perfectly cooked meals. The only disappointment is that the advertized Weber app that could and should be a valued resource is not found (changed), and instead is only an app to promote sales of smart grills and tools and nothing else and serves no value in the purchase and use of this grill. It's a fail!

The only downside is that its not sectional and Weber smoke box takes 45 minutes on full heat to start smoking. Otherwise is a perfect grill.

This is our second Weber product. Our first one is 5 years old - still works perfectly and shows little signs of wear. We had to replace one part and even living in Canada we had no problem having the exact part shipped to us. The 3200 grill was relatively easy to assemble. We especially appreciate the efficient and flexible heating, the convenient size, and the handle light of the 3200 gas grill. We look forward to many years of using it.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
