Well designed. Assembly is easy and reflects the quality one would expect with a Weber. Gets hot fast and the temperature is easily controlled.

This grill is very similar to previous versions of this model. I have owned several of these grills over the past about 15 years. The simple construction makes it relatively easy to clean and maintain. There is one exception though. Several years ago Weber integrated a light built into the handle of the lid. In the past, this handle attached via a bracket clamped down by the handle screws. This most recent version, the light is attached directly To the handle. So when you open the lid, unless you use just a couple fingers, your grasp will touch where the light is clamped on. This is uncomfortable for two reasons. First, I'd rather grasp the smooth surface of the handle without touching the clamps of the light. Second, the clamps of the light get hot and are not pleasant to touch because of their temperature. This change in my opinion is a step backwards. The old design was better. Plus, the newly designed light, once turned on cannot be turned off. It will stay on for some specified duration before turning off by itself, presumably so you don't have to remember to turn it off yourself. I think this game s a waste of technology and battery. I'd rather turn it on and off by myself.

I've been using Weber grills for years. This is my 2nd q3200 as I'm replacing my old q300 because it was time. Over the years I've replaced grates and starters on the old one and it made sense to just get a new one. I chose this grill again because the grilling space is plentiful and the grill is small enough to fit on my deck perfectly. I also have the smaller electric grill for my other location which is just as great. Love Weber products. They may be a little more expensive but totally worth it.

The ignition switch exploded a month after we bought it. The tray underneath was loose... we kept the cover on to protect the grill... not what we expected. The size is perfect and everything else is okay

Absolutely the best grill I ever owned and I had my share .Heats up extremely quick and maintains the exact temperature.So far 3 of my friends bought one! I should get a kickback from Weber lol!!!

This grill has a problem where the grates fall down on top of the burners. I had to drill holes and screw two metal bolts in to hold the grill up so it won't fall into the bbq. Other than that this grill is great.

Love this model. Had a smaller one for 16 years. Easy clean, always lights, and holds up years longer than the lighter aluminum grills.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
