Not happy with the Q-2300. it melted down. Warmed the grill up and the plastic suports that hold it up melted and then melted in to the plastic frame... It was 1 year old had to through it out..Read the revies on line same problems..

Be careful. Personally I'm getting rid of this money pit bbq as soon as I can. In Mexico 99% of 10kg tanks are sold with female threads while this bbq will ONLY hook up to male threaded tanks. This means you must buy a SPECIAL tank in Mexico. This means you have to drive to a filling depot, stand in line, get your tank filled, pay and then you're ok to bbq. If the filling station is a long way away, Weber doesn't care. You can't simply give the tank to one of the LP venders, that drive around, to fill, because if you don't get your own tank back you won't be able to use the NORMAL tanks sold in Mexico and thus no bbq'ing.

I bought this model 4-5 years ago. Still got it. Stylish. Heats evenly. Fits well on narrow porch. Great buy.

I love this grill, perfect size for small porch not to big nor too small. Will recommend if not using the heating rack to remove prior to grilling as it will tough to flip burgers with it when they slide across the grates!

Nice little grill, nice fold down side tables saves on space. Hard to reach gas to turn on, grease pan spills easily when removing. Overall happy with it.

I love the grill but the regulator hose started leaking after only one season. I tried for 2 months to get an associate on the phone to help with a warranty issue. I don't know if it is only because of the Covid 19 issues happening at every business but I have called 4 times and waited on hold for 59 minutes each while I did other things around the house only to have the call disconnected at one hour. I wrote a request on the website outlining my issue and waited for a response only to not get one ever. I called again the other day, waited 40 minutes on hold, and then The associate I dealt with was courteous and very helpful. He resolved my issue immediately after looking at the account I had registered under. My dealing with him were fast and efficient and very much appreciated.

New Weber Q3200 is as good as I hoped it would be. Grill is sturdy, nice looking, heats up very quickly and is easy to use. I am very pleased and looking forward to a terrific summer of grilling.

I absolutely love it its better then the first q I bought! It cooks quick very quick! The only thing I don't like is its bolted down to the frame, yes its only 4 bolts but I would of liked it to be move able to be able to come on and off. Because it would be great for tailgating with just the little feet it has.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
