Years ago I purchased a Q120 for my campers - and enjoyed it so much that it was hauled back and forth to my back porch; I used it 4-5 weekly (no problem here in the south) for many years. I did eventually replace the clogged burner and even later replaced the grate; so I'd say its very durable. Finally tiring of lugging it around I purchased a Q3200. This baby is no baby, its a huge increase in size, and a huge increase in producing heat - maybe 5 min with both burners on high and I'm at 550* - and ready to cook. It's also physically much sturdier than my other portable roll around stand. I anticipate I'll be using it for many years. Sadly I also have a large 4 burner Weber that gets no love; the kids and large crowds no longer appear to justify heating it up. But in a pinch I know it'll perform its magic.

The Q3200 is the third Weber grill we've owned. Our first was a small "Smokey Joe" charcoal grill and that was followed by two smaller gas grills. We really like the quality of these products. Having the two burners is nice as it gives you a wide range of temperatures if you need them. I kind of wish the burners were arranged to allow you to have a hot side and a cool side vs. the outer and center burners. Still, the available flexibility provides a lot of cooking options. One item that I wish they could improve was the main gas shutoff. Depending on where you sit the grill, it can be a little difficult to get to the main valve. It is fairly easy to access from the rear of the grill unless the grill is at the edge of the deck. Then you have to either move the grill, or reach in from the side below the drip pan. Not a big deal but an opportunity to improve an already great product.

This is my second Weber Grill. The only reason why I am buying this one is because I have the other to a friend of mine. Simple to clean and easy to replace parts of needed. Customer Service is fantastic. I spoke with Miguel and he was on the ball with my order. You can take the grill off for tabletop grilling anywhere. Love it!

ONE big draw back . the grease accumulates under the hood when down and when it is opened to retrieve the food the grease will drip pass the cooking area and will fall directly on the ground surface. so i designed a 3 x 3 x 18 " tray for collection. Did not have this problem with the prior portable one that had a rectangle base lid compared to the oblong one of today. jfrp

This is the 2nd Q-3200 I have owned. When I bought the 1st one almost 10 yeas ago it was just a Q-300. I have the Q-200 for tail gating as well. They are the best grills I have ever owned. They are durable, easy to maintain and, because the stand for the Q-3200 is mostly rigid plastic THEY DON"T RUST!! If you want a grill that will last, this it the one to get.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
