We traded in our Weber Spirit E-210 for this model and we like it better as it is easier to load the tank.

Easy to use, easy to clean. My purchase did not include a cover so my suggestion is to purchase a suitably sized heavy duty cover immediately after purchase. I ruined my previous grill by not doing so. The battery operated ignition disintengrated.

Love the style and size of this grill. The base on my last Weber rusted out to the point it was non-repairable. This grill has the nylon frame which should take care of the corrosion issue. Still learning to cook on the Q3200 but so far so good.

The Weber Q is a terrific grill! It is most efficient, easy to move around my decks, and easy to clean. It is a tremendous Value! I had my first for near 15 years, and it stayed on an upper deck facing ocean winds (covered in the off-Season). I just replaced it with a new one - the same! My second is at my own residence and is near 10 years old. It has never had any issues and is all of the above I mentioned. So "all in all", I've been the proud owner of THREE! Weber, from my experience, is simply the most qualitative and best value Grill on the market!

This is a replacement for my 20 year old Q3200... The size is perfect for our family. I am very happy with its performance. Control of temperature is very good. Hint, I always abide by rule of "cook with the cover down" not up. Works every time.. Nice cooking guide also came with the package. I think the old unit had a better place for tools, on the sideboard which gives more height from the ground than the hooks on the new own which are in front. So I'm thinking of just replacing one of the new sideboards with an old one. Hope it fits....

The grill is great. I like the fact that it is cast aluminum and high strenghth plastic. I live near the bay and have always had problems with grills rusting away. Goods great and looks like it will last.

It is our second Weber 3200 grill but this one has a defective insert on side panel of base. Had to make adjustments to make it work properly.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
