Bought the Weber Q 2200 in August 2023 To fix the low flame issue I bought a different regulator and hose.

Your feedback means a lot to us. We are very sorry to hear you had an issue with low gas flow. We are happy to help. If you are using your grill with the adapter hose to a larger 20 lb. refill/exchange LP tank, it sounds like your grill may be in a safety mode known as “bypass." What’s happening is that the regulator thinks there’s a gas leak, so it reduces the pressure. Follow these instructions to reset the bypass safety mode. This is also the way you would want to start your grill each and every time. Open the lid Make sure the control knob is in the off position Turn your LP tank on all the way Wait 60 seconds Turn the burner to start/high (first position to the left) Hit your igniter Close the lid to preheat to 500-550°F Our Care team will be reaching out to follow up. I have owned several Weber gas grills and the Q2200 is built to the same standards as their larger grills. This grill is ideal for fitting in small places very unobtrusively. I have only made a few meals in my brief time of ownership but, so far, I am very pleased with the results.

Have owned two Weber gas grills earlier, but wanted a portable for tailgating. Chose Weber based on my earlier experience. Up I was not disappointed.

The Q2200 is a great portable grill. I previously owned the Q100 for 10 years and used it for tailgate parties. Now I've upgraded to the Q2200 with a larger cooking surface (280 sq.in. vs 189) an increase in cooking surface of 91 sq.in. Also I like the larger dome and built-in thermometer. The two side tables work well for placing items to be cooked. I've been a Weber customer for over 30 years owning full size gas and charcoal grills. They build grills to last! You won't w disappointed.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
