I wanted a compact model for RV. This model is almost there. The handles could have been design to fold. The control knob really sticks out more than necessary so it could have been shortened.

Your description lacks grill surface dimensions and showing images of corn and burgers in the grill to gain a sense of what the grill can handle. This comment applies to all of your Q product descriptions you offer here for your Q series grills.

Kinda expensive for what it is - the range/knob is on the flimsy side. On high cooks at a medium+ temperature. But OK for a small BBQ. The grills are nice.

This my second Weber Q 1000, and I love it! I have had many BBQ's, and non filled my facility needs as the Q 1000 does. Among the many benefits if has, my top benefit is the slow cook - this is a real economic grill, cooking food to the best point.

After 2 months the grill stopped working. It seems like the gas regulator won't allow the gas from the tank to the burner.

My business at least 14 years ago was moving heavy equipment nationwide. KW W9 72" sleeper and a lowbed trailer, 3 months out, 3 weeks home. On the front upper deck was my Webber Q100, no cover, just bungee down. The grill saw 47 states, many several times. Wind, rain, snow, baking sun. I had a freezer fridge in the truck, so I picked up beef and pork in Iowa, sea food and sausage in Louisiana. The grill cooked 4 times a week. I would set it on the lower deck and fire it up. I remember a layover in Kenly North Carolina TA. I fired up the grill, a few people stopped by, one called a friend still on the road who said, don't cook till I get there. One man went and bought a tub of potato salad, another coleslaw. Some that laid over for the weekend bough beer. The fella that said wait on the grilling pulled in and out of the truck came two 5-foot-long Filet minion. We sliced them up and kept on grilling. Anyone that walked by got an incredible plate. Alot of good times and friend made around that grill. It has sat on my porch for the past 6 or 7 years in the rain, snow, sub zero weather and still fires first click. I'm using it tonight. I doubt there is a Webber grill that has been so many places, Maine to Seatle, Florida to California and all in between and still serving up like it used to.

I do enjoy this grill. By far the most durable and manageable small grill I have ever owned. The only downside is not to have a choice between grill grates or a griddle top with the new purchase.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
